They did a good job but they charged me for using an equipment that they didn't use, it really it's a shame bc I thought it was a trustworthy company. And I won't call them next time

Not reliable, don't come when they say, show up unscheduled; day they leave the pump to the pool goes out and they are non responsive. Would not recommend. They can't fix anything on a pool apparently.

We called them to detect a leak which was the worst thing ever!
We had to hire a different company to find out what these people said was completely wrong and still charged us! When we tried to talk to them( including the company who found out that we never had a leak) they blocked our numbers! Shame on you!!!! ONCE AGAIN PEOPLE STAY AWAY !!!!! SCAMMER!!!!!

HORRIBLE experience they did not locate the leak properly! When the plumber and myself contacted them they wanted to charge a trip charge to relocate the leak! Bad customer service!!

Sun city was on time time with the scheduled time given and very professional and helpfull they found the leak within minutes and repaired fast and for a excellent price I would recommend anyone who needs plumbing work they are very good at what they do.

These guys at Sun City Leak Detection are a criminally negligent fraud. They "discovered" two leaks in a water line between the city water supply at the street and our house and told us they could repair it. They were supposed to start the "repairs" two days later, but never showed up AND never bothered to call us that they weren't coming. When I asked them about it, the only response I could get was "You can always cancel the order if you want." Next day they were "available" was three days later. Expected them at 8am, they didn't show up until sometime mid-afternoon long after we had left to go to work. All they accomplished that day was to dig three huge holes, none of which was where the "leaks" were marked on the ground. When I asked him about what the delay was about, he again said, "You can always cancel the order if you want." Next day, same thing. Expected them at 8am. No show all day. When I got home from work at 5pm, the three holes from the day before were unchanged. Again, I called and texted him asking what was going on. No response to multiple calls and texts. (Mind you, we have now been living in a hotel for a week and a half because these guys can't bother to show up and get the job started, let alone done!) It's now the Thursday before the Christmas weekend, they "detected" these "leaks" over a week ago and are nowhere near resolving the problem. They're clearly in way over their heads! I call the guy from work around 9am, again, to ask him for a status report. He says that today he'll need someone to be at the house. Remember, this is the guy who can't bother to show up, return calls or texts or even pretend to cooperate with me. And, now, after we're already gone off to work for the day, he's insisting that one of us drop whatever we're doing to meet him at the house. Last second arrangements are made and my wife drives home. After waiting for them at the house for over an hour, I call the guy back again. Incredibly, his only response is, you guessed it, "You can always cancel the order if you want." When I tell him that we're at the house, as requested... and he isn't, he finally says, "You know what, since you're not cancelling, I'm cancelling. I'm not doing this." That was it! They walked off the job, took our $276 for a fraudulent leak detection claim, left our front yard torn up, including brick pavers along the front sidewalk, left three holes, two in which the water line had been cut and left completely separated, no repairs, no refund, no referral for a legitimate "leak detection" company, nothing but pain and frustration! They "detected" our "leaks" on December 12th and, while the water was shut off to the house and they twiddled their thumbs, we had to stay in a hotel for a full two weeks, including the weekend just before Christmas. Thank God for Jeff's Westside Plumbing who came out on the weekend and repaired their two cuts in our water line. Once those cuts were welded back together, American Leak Detection came out and, lo and behold, confirmed that we had NO LEAKS all along. The reason we had no water getting into our house was because our water softener had broken down and resin particulate and glass beads from the unit had flowed into the home plumbing preventing water flow throughout the house. Thank God for Reliable Plumbing for coming out on the Sunday before Christmas to clear out our clogged lines so we could move back into our home for Christmas Eve. We still have reminders of this nightmare called Sun City Leak Detection every day we walk out our front door because the holes they left in our yard and front curb are still there nearly two months later. Do yourself a favor and avoid Sun City Leak Detection at all costs. They are incompetent, perpetually late, non-responsive, uncooperative and, as stated at the outset, a criminally negligent fraud.

Had a leak somewhere outside my driveway, called and they showed up right away and detected the leak and promptly fixed and patched up the cement they had to break. Anthony and Mark were extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Super pleased with the plumbers that came to my home. Had an underground leak, this company located it quick using special equipment and fixed it before it became a major disaster. Could not be happier. Definitely reccomend them !!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I’m trying to make people aware that way they don’t have to go thru what I did. Please save yourself a headache and go with another company. These guys first of all , they were super unpunctual . The appointment was anywhere from 3-5 and they showed up almost at 7pm , I had to be behind them as far as time goes they weren’t considerate enough to ever send me a message that they were stuck at another job or anything like that, which makes me upset. Cause I would’ve understood. But I really needed the leak detection so I let them in. Also the outcome was , they weren’t able to find the leak anywhere and they still charged me full price. When they were in my home the water never showed , but until hours later .. we had water flooding us again, since they are supposed to be a 24/7 emergency service I decided to call them again after they left and let them know water was coming thru again from the same place . Ubaldo answered the phone and he told me they would be here again in the morning, guess what? .. they never showed back :( no one ever came back to help me . They just lied to me . So I am just regretting my decision to ever go with them. Please do yourself a favor and look for a more professional and hands on company .

We highly recommend these two companies for any plumbing services you may require. We are looking forward to working with them again on remodeling projects.

BEWARE! We own a rental home, and our Rental Management Property received a quote about our spa leaking from Sun City Leak. I paid Sun CIty Leak Detection for their evaluation and they said the water was dropping due to plaster issues. We repaired the plaster with a BBB professional company in El Paso, and the same leak occurred immediately. We lost over $2000 fixing plaster that did not need to be fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for SPAS or POOLS! You will lose your hard earned money, and still have to hire another company to find the issue since they do not have any knowledge on how to find the source of an issue. They will make something up to take your money.

I appreciated that they said they could come out the same day that I called. But I was very unhappy about the service. For one, they uncovered the water valve at the curb and left the cover off. After they were gone I had to put it back myself and it’s a good thing I noticed it was off because it’s a dangerous hazard with the lid off. The guys were extremely low energy and one of them seemed very young. Neither expressed confidence in the work they were doing because they mumbled their words and talked with their heads down. I had to ask them multiple times to repeat themselves because I could not hear what they said and they would not speak confidently and clearly. They did not bring all equipment necessary for leak detection with them to the appointment. They listened to the floor with headphones, but said they could not hear anything. There is clearly water coming from somewhere because the moisture detection under our wood floor is 100% and the floor is buckling up and curling. They tried to tell me it was water from watering the planter on the front of the house.... in winter, when no one is watering the planter anymore and it was watered all summer with no issues. Then they tried to say it must have been someone dropped water on the floor. No, that’s impossible, the water is coming from underneath very obviously. So they left without helping me get to the bottom of what was happening or where the water is coming from and they charged me $270 for less than a hour of looking. I have to hire ANOTHER leak detection co now because we still have no answers and they ripped me off on top of it. They don’t know what they’re doing.

Had a leak under my slab and called Sun City leak detection and they came out early the next day. They located the leak but it turns out it was on the right line but not necessarily where it was leaking because l had a leaky valve on my toilet that threw off the readings. They repaired the leaky valve the next day and with the valve
fixed; they located the leak and didn't charge me for the extra day. I think these
two technicians are very professional, courteous and accommodating to my situation. The pricing was very reasonable. Thanks guys!

Sun City Leak Detection Was very outstanding they did a wonderful job in repairing and finding my leak!! I will definitely recommend this company Mr. Walle came and did a clean, honest job . Their price is outstanding 250 for a leak detection and the company worked with me with the repair cost. Thank you Sun City!

Plumber found leak in my home right away after another plumber took my money and didn’t tell me where leak was. They were punctual and worked on the leak right away. I had over 10 days without water. The service was affordable and felt confident they will do a good job. Thank you for helping me. I am very appreciative of the work and service given.

These guys come out three times and didn't even get close to finding the original leak. First they wanted 2900.00 to fix the leak then went down to 1900.00 because they realized they were screwing me over. I hired professional plumbers. To fix leak it took four holes in my house because these guys couldn't find it even after three tries. What a joke I guess you get what you pay for 300.00 and I got ripped off. Stay away from these scam artist. Do not go this route you will regret it it dearly, call me me if you need some good plumbers l. I wish I could attach all the videos and pics. They kept claiming a reroute would have fixed everything. Trust me I would not waste my time telling lies. This company is a real scam!

Sun City guaranteed to find a pool leak, they told us they detected it and when the pool company came out to fix the "leak", there was no leak where they said there was. The work was supposed to be guaranteed, we have been calling, scheduling appointments for them to return, and they have yet to come back. We are very dissatisfied with their dishonesty and unprofessionalism.

Very unreliable. Was supposed to come out and do some work on my tub . Said he will come by and 2 weeks later never came by and never responded to me. I'm better off with a different plumber and someone else that is more reliable and trustworthy
