Arturo was amazing! He came on time, was super kind, helpful, and informative, and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes! He even offered to come back out and help take other steps to prevent the issues from happening in the future. I have used their company before and will always go back because of their incredible service!

I had a property line leak so I called up AME and within 40 minutes, Arturo was at my house and knew exactly what was going on! He was very professional & courteous. I asked him to send pictures of his work to me as I wasn’t home and he sent pics over. He did a great job! Arturo was also able to provide me with a veteran discount! Definitely appreciate AME & Arturo for fixing the leak. Would definitely recommend.

I can highly recommend AME Plumbing. My technician, Gabriel, was professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. He was on time for our appointment and called before he came out and I am very pleased with the quality of work. These guys are now my go to plumbers.

I called AME because I need 2 toilets repaired. I was also having a sulfur smell coming from my dishwasher and washing machine, as well as the drain in my shower. They were at my house within 2 hours. Arturo was very professional and explained what was needed for each. He even drained my washing machine for free and unclogged my faucet, along with a host of other little things. For the professionalism and timely visit, the pricing was definitely👌🏾.

I'd just like to say that I'm very happy with the job AME Plumbing accomplished in my home. I am remodeling my guest bathroom and I needed to move the toilet over to the side about 12 inches. Gabe from AME came to look at the job on Thursday afternoon, and Friday morning at 9am he was there ready to begin the task. Gabe was able to redirect the plumbing and set everything up for the toilets new location. Gabe also poured new concrete on the slab where the new toilets location will be. Thank you Gabe.

Unbelievable prompt service and I would say reasonable pricing! Their customer service I would say is excellent because Arturo even called to let us know they were on their way and some companys either dont give courtousy call or even show up sometimes. So anyways they came they conqured and got the job done! These pipes here in El Paso ain't no joke need a water softner or else your pipes will start busting if their copper and old from the 90s. Good business for them though 😆 🤣

Miguel, Turi, & Arnie came out to my mom’s home. She lives by herself and after calling around even the initial call I was honest with the owner Arnie that I had a guy who had come out previously and now was being told my mother needed to do a complete replacement. AME came out and they were here till the job was complete and even asked if I would be there soon instead of leaving so they could explain it what they did to me. Appreciate them for being honest and seem very reputable glad I stumbled upon them. Very knowledgeable owner and staff hopefully will be able to recommend to friends and family going forward.

Through a careful search online and looking for the highest reviews for customer service, workmanship and professionalism, AME Plumbing was right at the top in 5 star reviews. Let me say, I couldn't have made a better choice. Arturo answered the call and was at my home 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He quickly assessed the problem and confirmed the old water heater needed to go. He quoted me a fair and reasonable price and quickly got to work. It was a tight space to work in but Arturo got the job done like a true professional who takes pride in his craft. My water heater dilemma is over Thanks to AME Plumbing and Arturo. I highly recommend them if you're in need of any plumbing services and make sure you ask for Arturo. You'll be glad you did.

Had a plumbing problem with my septic system, which turned out to be a broken pump. I usually handle most repairs myself, but this one had me stumped. After calling a few plumbing companies and not feeling confident they knew about my drip aerobic system, I found a team that really knew their stuff. Everett and Leo came out, fixed the pump, and even found and repaired five leaks in the emitter system, including some I didn't even know about. If you need plumbing help, I highly recommend giving them a call. 5/5, would recommend!

Leo came out to give me a quote for some plumbing work. He efficiently pinpointed some issues that required immediate care and instantly provided me with an estimate. Later, Everett and another plumber arrived to carry out the work. They dedicated their entire day to the task and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. Both of them were extraordinary and exhibited high levels of professionalism. Everett went above and beyond to address some complications caused by our hard water. I genuinely felt well cared for. Once again, I am absolutely delighted with the exceptional service from this plumbing and water heaters business.

Our local water department informed us that our meter readings indicated a loss of 29 gallons per hour. We promptly contacted Quick Commercial Plumbing. At our insistence, they replaced all toilet fixtures and a leaking faucet. However, the water loss persisted. When the water department read our meter again, we had to call the plumber back. They suggested digging up our lawn and part of the driveway, which is 40 feet from the meter to our water shut-off valve. I inquired if they had ultrasound equipment or other devices to detect the leak. The plumber, Everett, seemed taken aback by my suggestion and swiftly changed the subject. He then asked if he should summon his team to start digging. Aware that it could cost upwards of $150 per foot, plus the cost of a new line and fixtures, I decided to seek a second opinion. I reached out to another company and spoke to a representative, Leo, who provided all the relevant information and answered my questions. When we met, Leo was friendly, confident, and most importantly, he listened. He listened attentively as I explained our water lines, irrigation system, and the previous work done by Quick Commercial Plumbing. After hearing all the details, Leo thanked me and explained his plan of action. He quickly and skillfully set up his equipment and began the procedure. Within 10 minutes, he had located the leak. He further refined the location using a nitrogen injection. Leo then offered to fix the leak immediately, saving us the wait for another team. Leo was quiet, polite, professional, and efficient. Yes, we were relieved that our leak was found, but it was Leo's demeanor that stood out. Over the years, we've dealt with various technicians, repair people, and salespeople. Very few stand out as much as Leo did. His service was exceptional.
