When worker arrived he was upset about something. After he made a rude comment to me I requested that he and his helper leave. This experience was some time ago. Went with plumbing Dr. Instead. They did great work.

Use at your own risk. They turned on my cooler this spring and the water started overflowing. It was within the 30 days after the work but they didn't honor their guarantee. They will only honor their warranty if they use their own parts which they didn't mention at the time.

My family has been using phil's for at least 4 decades. Can't say enough nice things. My house has had frozen pipes in an emergency, backed up toilets & everything in between. They're there quick as humanly possible. They're professional, reasonably-priced & if they spot something around the corner that's wrong & easy to fix...they just fix it cuz that's who they are.

This company was such a blessing when our outdoor pipe busted, they fixed it quickly and were very inexpensive. We needed them to come back a few weeks later to manage some complications with the same pipe and they didn’t charge us anything to come out and repair it. They are very friendly, efficient, and honest.

Pésimo servicio, hacen lo k kieren sin ver l problema, después si l problema consiste, dicen k ellos ya fueron a repararlo y k no pueden hacer nada mas aparte la señora k contesta l teléfono y toma las ordenes d nombre Laura es una mujer grosera y sin educación k te cuelga l teléfono y pues no lo recomiendo, se van a llevar una gran decepción si los contratan...

Worst customer service ever!!! Plumbers ordered part needed wrong 2x. We waited 4 weeks! When I spoke to owner Mark he suggested to find another company!!!! Horrible service!!! Do not hire!!!!

Expert plumbers who troubleshoot, inform, and walk you thru the repair/replacement needed. Recommend for both simple and more extensive plumbing, heating, and AC work.

Casa Plumbing is the BEST outfit that I have ever used. Friendly, cooperative, efficient and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I called them for my AC problem.

They came out to fix something. The next day it was worse right before a holiday weekend. It says open Saturday's and 24 hour service, but they did not answer and they did not return my calls that I left on Friday about an urgent matter, that I wanted taken care of while the office was closed.

I spoke with the owner mr zimmerman.
He was the most rude and unhelpful person.
He was insulting and demeaning to me.
I asked for help to get air conditioning working in the
House and would not say when or if it could be fixed.
It has been 90> and called me having a "weak constitution ".
I would not recommend this outfit to my worst enemy.

plumber said he had to order a part and left the house. never heard from them again. when i called they had no memory of coming to my house and had no plan on ever following up. went almost two weeks without a working shower. we called different plumber.

Absolutely Ridciously ! I was with out water for an entire week. They never fixed my sink. They kept having me go around in circles. They never called back all the times they promised. They kept saying my paper work was on another desk that they would call back, that was their excuse every time. Very disorganised.

Absolutely awesome!!! They were able to come out the same day as I made the call. The technician was very professional and informative, he quickly identified and fixed the problem. This company will be my “go to” if I have problems in the future.
