The young man came in to check my boiler , I had told him the gas company tried turning it on but it was not working. But they told me to call a plumber but My boiler was good to be turned on. Joshua technician that came over, said that there was a red flag that was left by the gas company, and they have to go by their protocols etc. BUT the flag said it needs repair!! That is where the plumber comes in to do the repair?😏!.That’s why I called them?!. Joshua just kept giving negative comments like a negative Nelly!. Even when he said he could turn it on but he was not responsible if it turns off again!,🤨 I just told him not to do the job. He was not confident and negative all the way through. Bye BYE Mr Rooter Plumber!🥴

When I called to request service for a non-functioning toulet, Mr. Rooter had someone here within 30 minutes. The gentleman assigned completed the work promptly and efficiently. We have never had such prompt and excellent plumbing service before!

Manny is very personable. And asked me questions as to why my bathroom was backed .up . we looked at it together and it took more than an hour of snaking to discover the issue was at the end off the 60ft sewer. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. Called re: low / fluctuating water pressure and a suddenly high water bill. After four visits and over $700 of diagnostics and leak detection, they haven't isolated the issue and certainly haven't figured out what to do. I still have the same problems I started with. It could have been $1,000 total cost if I had let them dig up my water line like they recommended. I did that myself and found... nothing. No issues with the line. When I complained and offered Mr. Rooter a chance to make things right, they only offered to make more visits and give me more estimates. Do yourselves a favor... Find a plumber who will stand by their work and stay until get the job done. Mr Rooter is good at giving incremental service at high prices.
