Had a problem late at night and Gabriel showed up to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and showed me what he was doing and what and where the problem was at. He showed up before the time he told us which was nice. Gabriel did an amazing job and fixed our problem, I would definitely recommend him.

I have First American Home Warranty and A & P Plumping company was overage charging the warranty company for services that were not necessary and are part of the replacement coverage for a water heater replacement. A & P Plumbing came out did their inspection for the work order and told me that it would take 2-3 days for approval, but when I called First American Home warranty they told me it was 5-7 days. This had never happened with prior companies. The warranty company also wanted an additional $660.00 for work that was already covered. Do not trust First American Home Warranty or especially A & P plumbing. I would not recommend this company to family or friends.

Joe was very polite and was matter of fact about the job. He told me what he was going to do and how much it would cost and got busy. Very personable young man, very Knowledgeble.

It was a over all a great experience the office staff was prompt and friendly and on time when they said they would be here they answered every question that we had and handled it quickly and professionally. The great thing is that they call you to confirm everything I never had to wonder what was going on . Thank you guys

Tankless water heater started giving an error. They fixed the problem cheaper than their competitors. They also fixed a problem with the maintenance line. Will be coming back to them to fix my condensation pump line. It kept freezing over last winter.

Called to have my outdoor faucet replaced. Had someone at the house within the hour to come take a look and give a free estimate. Price was a bit higher than I thought it would be however, he said he could do it right away (as long as he had the part). I thought on it and said "sure, why not. one less thing for me to have to do". He attached a new faucet with a regulator and charged me about 350$, parts and labor. The two parts plus adapter he put on could all be purchased at Lowe's for less than 45$ :(. Most of what I paid was quite literally him doing ten minutes of work. I know due to their experience; it is what I paid for but with such a minor job I really should have done it myself.

If you have time and the ability, please reconsider and do some research. They had great customer service but definitely shady on the price that I was charged. Didn't mind paying as it was done promptly but if I would have just scheduled my time a bit better, I could have saved myself money.

With that, I believe 3 stars due to how "helpful", courteous, and prompt they were.

Gilberto and Joshua were awesome! Super friendly, professional, and efficient. Explains the process before starting, showed us video as they checked the system, and then followed up with a detailed explanation of findings, and gave us an estimate for the issues found. Would definitely recommend!

Overall great experience and my tech, Joe, was super helpful and answer all of my questions throughout so I could understand what was going on and what I needed to do later (prevention). A little pricey compared to hiring some independent plumbers in the area but the trade-off is that you can pretty much guarantee it will get done right. So a little less risk. Joe was 10/10

Our water heater stopped working in the evening. I called Mr. Rooter at 8:00 am and spoke with Pearl, who was very kind. By 9:30 am, Gilbert from their company had already arrived. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained things extremely well. Everything was completed by 3:15 pm. the same day. What was a headache one day before was completely resolved in less than 24 hours later with this company. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Mr. Rooter.
