Very pleased with the job that Becky and the guys at Oasis did at my house. They came and replaced both of my exterior faucets in less than 2 hours and for a very good price too! Fast and friendly service :)

Would like to thank Mr Armando Rodriguez for the prompt service provided to my elderly parents, I called in afternoon and was advised they would try to make it today if not for sure next day. Low and behold they arrived late in the day and fixed leak in washroom. As per my parents they were very satisfied with their professionalism,clean work and prompt service completed and most of all the price charged since they are on a fixed income . They are definitely going to call him with any future repairs. Will be highly recommended to family and friends if any plumbing work needed.

Called them in the morning and came out within a few hours, didn’t sell us on anything we didn’t need, repaired our toilet and fixed our shower head in under an hour. Great price for both with parts. I would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs done. Very professional and knowledgeable!

This family owned business is exactly what El Paso needs. My parents 20 year old water heater had been leaking for some time until water appeared from the baseboards. We tried shutting off the water but the valve was stuck open. I immediately googled East El Paso Plumbers and Oasis Plumbing showed up, I called and someone picked up immediately because it was business hours. After relaying the scenario, they said that they were on a job and would get back to me with a time. They did shortly after and said that they could come right now! They showed up and got to work on draining the system, removing the heater, and connecting the water lines so my parents would still have water. We made all the necessary repairs to the heater closet, and called them back for the installation of a new heater. They scheduled us for the next day and showed up on time with everything needed for the job! They are a professional, courteous, knowledgeable team. I am grateful to them for their timely service and expertise. They exceeded all expectations and I am saving their number to give out to anyone that I know with plumbing issues. Thank you for getting my parents hot water again!

Armando & Team were great! They responded to a service call on a Saturday and quickly addressed the problem with my water heater. They've done other work at my house and have always delivered excellent customer service. Highly recommend them!

The best in El Paso for a reason. We called them because our water heater outlet kept letting out water. They came within an hour and fixed it within 20 minutes. They were the most professional and understanding. We will definitely call them again.

We unfortunately had a leak going on under our concrete slab in our master bedroom and seemed to have been going on for about a week or so. However, didn’t notice it until the water spots started to show in the concrete. Oasis came out and had the issue fixed in a couple of hours. Great Sevice, very courteous and couldn’t be happier with how quick this was fixed. Who would’ve thought a small pin hole leak cause so much damage. From my wife and I THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! They’re definitely in our speed dial just in case for future situations. I would recommend to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Duran plumbing has been a total failure. Poor quality and he is not responding to do the necessary repairs. We are having to go through his insurance to cover all of the damages incurred due to the poor quality

Duran plumbing misrepresented his skills and costed me millions of dollars on a plumbing project. The work was a total catastrophe and Jaime the owner went completely dark. I am currently in litigation, Jaime is illusion and avoids service. STAY AWAY.

Joseph Duran of Duran Plumbing did some work on our plumbing in the summer of 2021 and we were bilked out of more than $2000 dollars for work that was never completed. We called another plumber who walked our property and said that he could not see $2000 worth of work. We sued Duran and won the judgement but still have not been paid back. We've come to find out that this company is not registered as certified plumbers on any level, not through the state or any local organizations.

They are very responsive and have good communication on an emergency situation I had. I ended up not needing them to come out, but they assisted over the phone anyway.

Horrible service.
Initially very friendly and helpful. Showed up quick. But when questioned on what was wrong, he refused to give a straight answer. When I insisted on clarification, he got mad, cursed at me and left.
Decidedly unprofessional.

The men that run this company are not trustworthy nor are they professional. They are scam artists and have no qualms about trying to rip you off. Stay away do not call even in an emergency.
