We contacted Honey Dew Done Plumbing because of a busted garbage disposal that led to severe leaking. We were concerned that it would be a couple of days before we’d be able to find someone to help (especially with the upcoming holiday), but HDDP had someone out to our house in 20 minutes! Alex helped us out so much - he was knowledgable, thorough and friendly. We highly recommend Alex and Honey Dew Done Plumbing!

Joseph came out the house the same day because our water softener system was constantly regenerating. He advised to contact the water softener company and have them come service it because they would have the parts readily available. He said, if they couldn't do it, to please call them back and he could order parts and fix the issue. I really appreciated his honesty and guidance. Will definitely contact for future plumbing concerns/issues.

Honey Dew Done Plumbing was fast with our situation. Our water heater wasn’t really keeping its heat during showers and was going cold within minutes. Honey Dew Done Plumbing came to see the problem and it was a simple task for them to fix it. They explained about why it wasn’t heating and it was due to the, temperature and flame rod sensors being dirty. They also advised about what to do later on with the water heater if it has anymore problems.
Overall, great service and communication. Explanation as they diagnose the problem and quickly fix the issue.

Alex from Honey Dew Done helped me remove the water hose that was stuck and hard to remove, replaced it, and disposed of the old one. He also fixed the garbage disposal and showed me how to maintain it, and took a look at one of the toilets. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate his help and fantastic service! They also give free estimates.

One morning I woke up to no water in my entire house. I called the water company and they told me I had to call a plumber as it was an in house problem. I began to look for one, but they all charged a ridiculous amount to come check out the problem. Then I came across Honey Dew Done and they got the job done, that same day! and at no cost to come right away!! First, Joseph was here and got my water back on, he was great at explaining everything to me and providing me guidance and options that worked best for me. Then Alex and Damian came a few days later to install a water softening system and they were great at their job.. professional, knowledgeable, did the job promptly and efficiently and Left the area really clean too. I was impressed with all the staff that assisted me. I highly recommend them. I feel comfort in knowing I can trust Honew Dew Done for any unexpected issues that may come in a future.

My old copper pipes finally busted a big leak in the kitchen just before thanksgiving but the honey dew done were able to fix it in time and replace the whole pipe and cleaned a clog.. they were on time and polite so I'll definitely recommend them

Alex and Damien were very professional. They came in one day to give us an estimate and arrived the very next day, on time to start our Water Heater replacement. Where can I begin with this company? Talk about red carpet treatment. The knowledge but mostly the kindness and dedication given by them is superb!
