We had two extensive floods in our house (yeah we're that lucky), which required a total demolition and remodel of our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 30 year-old home. Between insurance company issues and termite repairs (requiring a wall and 3 pillars to be rebuilt), Joseph and his team were with us until the end. We highly and wholeheartedly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work that Alex did for me. They were on time, polite, knew what they were talking about, and appreciated my Halloween decorations. =) They had to parts that I needed on them and were able to replace the part in a few minutes. I am very pleased with my services.

Great service! Called on Friday for a tankless water flush and descale appointment, they were able to get me in right away, on Monday. Appointment was quick and easy, only 30 minutes! Tech did a great job of explaining everything and also showed the water aftermath of what everything looked coming out. Will use again for regular service.

Honey dew are an extremely efficient, fair and affordable company. The amount of professionalism they have brought to the jobs they've done for us is second to none. The last time we used them, we have been dealing with flooding in our house - a home built in the 20s with a basement that floods every time it rains. We were unsure if the most recent flood was due to ground water or to or appliances. Honey dew came promptly and assessed our pipes and appliances, ascertained that it was neither the appliances, the pipes, or any other plumbing oriented leak. The team thermal cameras, addressed flow, and looked at every water inlet and it outlet. Then they made recommendations for the fix. All of this was done without charge for the estimate and visit. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Outstanding company, outstanding service.

Started a chat at 1:48…plumber showed up in a matter of minutes and fixed the issue so quick that I forgot he had came!! Great job!!!! Highly recommend! (This was on 09/26/25) Today (10/27/25) Asked and Adrian came to fix my shower head because it was dripping non stop. The guys came in, took a look at it and knew exactly what was going on. They gave me options with quotes add I decided to get it fixed today…while I work. They were professional, curious and knowledgeable. 10/10 highly recommend!

I received my text message. And the plumber arrived on time ! An estimate given - and accepted. Very fair price ! I found the plumber to be Prompt / Professional & Neat. Job Well Done ! They came out same day to diagnose a problem my apartment plumbers couldn’t figure out for YEARS! They validated my concern and let my apartment know what steps to take next. They did the estimate for free and it was so thorough and detailed, it would’ve been worth paying for. So grateful for them and I hope my apartment considers using them as their main plumbers.
