Iván and his crew came out to one of my properties and re-routed the whole house gas line due to several leaks. Ivan responded the same day I called and was extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well as his crew; they were very fast and were able to restore gas service within two days. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent service and very professional! 5 out of 5. I had an issue with a water heater and contacted them late in the evening. Calls to other plumbers went unanswered. They answered and gave me a very reasonable quote.
We scheduled for the next morning. On the day of the installation, they communicated with me about their en route status. The installation was done in a timely fashion and to perfection, they even cleaned up the mess made by the faulty water heater. Definitely recommend and have my business for future plumbing needs.

My water heater broke. I had never experienced such a mess and on top of that what it entailed. I called several plumbers but Primetech was the only one who was willing to come out to my home and take care of it. The technician that came to fix the valves to my washer was wonderful. He went above and beyond by also installing my new washer that I bought yesterday. He fixed the valves and was in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend Prime Tech and will always call Ivan for all our plumbing needs. Also they are very reasonable in this time of high rates.

The plumbers were very professional and did an excellent job. My Master bedroom shower was leaking and they fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. The toilet in the downstairs bathroom was fixed as well. I would use these young men for all my plumbing needs. Yes, I am very happy.

Our tankless water heater went out on us after 20 years of usage. And of course it happened about 4:45 PM, on the coldest evening El Paso had a couple weeks ago. Then we saw Primetech Plumbing’s TV commercial which highlighted their experience installing tankless water heaters. I called immediately and spoke with Ivan Piñon, the owner. He was very courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and needed to make a quick decision. Based on his suggestions, we were able to select a replacement model which was a wonderful upgrade for our home and had it installed
within one day. Just a great group of professionals to work with, we 100% recommend Primetech for anyone considering a tankless water heater or repairing/replacing an existing system. Customer service is excellent and labor costs were very reasonable. You will be very satisfied with this company.

We discovered a leak under the bathroom sink. They were there same day, only a couple hours after calling. They quickly found the issue, and recommended other things we could do to prevent it in the future. Will definitely be calling them again next time
