Adrian was absolutely amazing!! He arrived on time & fixed our toilet really fast. He was so professional & I would highly recommend a and p!

The owner of this company is very unprofessional. Not only did he not know what he was talking about, but he wasted my time. I have no plumber experience, but once he left I was able to temporarily fix my water heater. Stay away from this company unless you want to be cussed out the way I was.

They might do a pretty good job but customer service is terrible. They have no respect towards you. I filed a complaint because they owe me money that I was charged by mistake and they still haven't respond to the complaint and it's been a little over a year.

11/16/2022 Paid A&P plumbing and he never unclogged sewage line. Do not use this company. You get what you pay for!! Called them and text and he doesn’t call back.

I called Roto Rooter and these guys . Roto Rooter didn’t have the parts . Had to order and the estimated price they gave me was 689 dollars 👎🏼 Told them never mind ! A&P did the job for $229 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Professional service just took a little while to make it out . But they got it done ✅ Will call them again if I need anything .

This is a great company they have fast response and are worth the money everyone that has had issues with them were either rude or undisciplined. They are fast works and if you have a issue they will come fix for free unless it wasn’t their causing. The own will come out to most jobs he is called for and will y’all to you personally.

The gentleman that I spoke to was very rude. Would not let me finish my sentences. And was accusing me of being a liar. I did not appreciate the tone and the very obvious lack of professionalism. VERY VULGAR. CLEARLY HAS NO INTENTION NOR INTEREST OF GETTING GOOD CUSTOMERS. I WOULD QUESTION THE OWNERS INTEREST IN ACTUALLY SERVING THE EL PASO COMMUNITY. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!

Thanks again guys at A&P plumbing for coming to my house in the middle of the night. I had a leak in my front yard. I wasn't home my wife was the only one their and it was leaking out of front lawn just a bad scenario. But got ahold of the owner of the company IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and sent his crew and dug a 5x5 hole in the middle of my yard and got the work don't one thanks A&P again for everything. And for the price that he changed me was well it was not even expensive. Thanks a&p

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Arthuro the "president" of this scam of a company thought he could steal money from me by lying. I needed the gas lines for my home pressurized to 10 lbs in San Elizario. The first time he ran the test on the gas lines there was no pressure. He tried to tell me that I needed to replace all of the gas lines to my home he was going to charge me 1000.00 to do it. It didn't make sense for there to be such a large leak because my gas bill is only about 14.00. So I did some investigating and found that these idiots had left the valve open to the water heater and that's why my gas lines would not pressurize!!! Can you believe these people! They tried to play me for a fool!!! Good thing God put a good head on my shoulders and I caught on quick.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Only worked this company because warranty company had contract with them. They never showed up for appointments on 3 different occasions and were very rude when I would ask why they did not show up to the appointment. Run far if you ever see there name.

I called him for am estimate and was extremely rude. He cussed like a sailor and basically said, just because he is going to come out here and do a free estimate, that I'm at the back of the line for him. He doesn't understand that people have to be comfortable with the person they hire, he expected me to hire him over the phone. Totally unprofessional, and rude. Never hire a person that doesn't know how a business works

To start there customer service is terrible.Some man answered the phone and sounded like he had just got up with a simple grumpy hello. I had to ask if this was the plumbing company. Than it got worst he asked me to describe my problem which I did and he said I needed send for the part and also asked what "I" thought was the problem! Called another plumber and he fixed it in 30 minutes. Beware.

I am very unhappy with the service received, my furnace was working before and after they were done with changing only a hose was not working any more. an estimate to get it up an running was not presented by the technitian because he was going to another job but look more like he didnt know how to fix the problem. He was also on the phone the whole time fighting over the phone with another customer. Terrible customer service by who said was the CEO of this company. Very upsetting.

Don't bother calling them. They won't show up nor have the courtesy of calling you to tell you if, whenever their "technician" would show up.

I called and the person on the phone said, "I will have someone right over". Two hours passed, so I called again. His answer was "I will check what's going on and call you right back". Here I am writing this review, about an hour and a half after he told me he will call me right.

Save your time and call somebody else.

I didn't even get to the guy to fix my problem because of how rude he was. I have a rental home in El Paso and I live in Silver City. My tenants called with a problem so I was calling different plumbers to see who could go out today and look at it. I called this company and another one. The last company I got a hold of said they could go out right now so I called A & P plumbing to let them know that I didn't need them anymore but when I called I had to leave a message then I got a call from someone and I answered and he was all this is the plumber calling and I was all oh okay which one and he was all the P-L-U-M-B-E-R, (as if I was unable to retain what he was saying) So I answered back in a upset voice and I said yes i know your a plumber but from what company and he continued to talk as if I was delayed. He was just so rude. I didn't even want to keep him to come look at anything.

Very Irresponsible place of business. I called to schedule a tech on 01/24/17 at around 9am to come out to the our residence to perform some repairs. The owner stated that a tech would be at my door within an hour. The tech never showed up.

I called the owner back at around 3pm to see if the tech was going to make it or not. The owner stated that he had not heard from the tech for several hours and that he tried to get a hold of him to see what was his status.The tech called my mobile about a minute later stating that he was trying to get a hold of me for the last 2 hours but could not get through (not one missed called on my cell).

At the end of the day the job had to be rescheduled for 01/25/17 between 9am-10am. Again the tech never showed up at the appointed time but called to say that he had another job to finish and that he would be at our house whenever.

I called again in the afternoon to speak to the owner to cancel the work but his reply was. Que piensas?...que porque llames a mi va a llegar mas rapido? ( what do you think? That because you call me the tech is going to show up sooner?

Well, here's my reply. The only reason for my call was to cancel the appointment so your Irresponsible tech and you wouldn't bother coming out to the house.

Next time please, when a customer needs service. Treat them with respect and have some consideration for their time.

A&P plumbing was fast to respond to my slab leak and they recommended to re-route the pipes. They did a great job and were very professional. Adrian and Edgar were very friendly. We are glad we went with this company. Thank you for all the help.

The person who took the call was very disrespectful and arrogant .He told me I’m like a “nagging wife” very sexist!!! He said an hour so naturally we called back ,he told us if we kept calling it’s going to be even longer!!! This guy is very disrespectful and I will report this to the Better Business Bureau .I am waiting for the print out of the conversation.In addition it was a job that his company did 5 days ago !! Sorry I had to give one star,they deserve a zero!

Had a water heater replaced using this company service was great. But then I started receiving several charges on my credit card that I did not make in El Paso for pizza and several online sites. I don't live in Texas. Of course after calling the company they denied any responsibility. This company was the only one I used in Texas in a long time.

Big mistake they weren't on time I now have to hire another plumber and now an electrician the work was not completed plus they blew fuses in my home. I have been in my home for 14 years no issues up until now after there work. I paid them $160 out of the $230 but nothing was done at all nothing was completed
