Mr. Rooter was in my house working and done in less than 24 hours. The gentleman that did the work, Mario, was polite, courteous, professional, efficient and just nice all around. Mario arrived just before 8a and was done around 9:30a - I’m totally satisfied with the work that was done AND I have added Mr. Rooter to my contacts 👍

We had our commodes overflow. I called them as soon as they opened. They were here quickly. CJ arrived and handled it. Took care of business and my toilets were back working. Awesome customer service too. Very friendly. Highly recommended.

The plumber was very good and friendly. I left and was rushing to pick my kids from school and my was hid and was damaged. This man stayed and said he did not want to leave my garage opened. He waited for my return. He did the replacement so needly at a decent price and even taught me how to manage it to prevent futher damage. God bless him for me.

Absolutely blown away with their customer service 👏🏼 they turn a frustrating situation into a very pleasant experience, simply by their amazing customer service! I was scrolling on Google at 2am looking for service reviews, they called me the next morning, long story short, a very kind, friendly and knowledgeable technician was at my house within 20 minutes. Our water heater needed replaced over the weekend and they were able to do it the same day for a reasonable price. Manny was great and very attentive! Would definitely recommend!

Needed a new water heater, Celso and Daniel were the technicians that came over, they were both very professional and got everything installed fairly quickly. Everything was done same day which was great. Service 10/10 will definitely call them again if needed.

Awesome service, I wish every business were so trustworthy, informed, and respectful. Mr. Gilbert came to my residence and changed my water heater that had to be replaced. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and worked with me. I went through a an issue with my home warranty and they fixed everything.
I would not hesitate to call them again. I recommend this company to my friends and family.

They were quick, courteous, tidy and went above and beyond. In 2 days, they found 3 leaks, replaced my main water line, installed a pressure regulator and cleaned my front yard to the point one cannot even tell it was dug up.

Outstanding service from start to finish. After calling New Age Plumbing and several other local companies that never showed up, even after scheduling appointments. I contacted Mr. Rooter, and they arrived within an hour. Mr. Gilbert Flores Jr. clearly explained the work that was needed and walked me through everything using photos on his iPad, which I really appreciated. The professionalism, transparency, and quality of work were top-notch. Even installed a new comfort height toilet and had it delivered from the company. Truly five-star service all around.
