Terrible. Cameras, playback, customer service. All terrible. Fulfilled our contract and have been trying to cancel for 3 MONTHS. They continue to send bills. DON'T use this company.

This company sucks. According to them I'm always late on my payment. I'm late at the beginning of the month, middle of the month, end of the month when payment is due. They want $53, I pay $73 and still not good enough today I had to pay $53 from my card and they got $73 from my bank today. Done that 3 times this year and I'm still late. I have to reboot my main hub 2 times a day and my back camera comes on when ever. To Stop that from happening they want me to buy the new stuff. I just got done paying off my current system. After 3 years. I'm considering dropping this company

Extremely unhelpful. Terrible customer service!!!! Was switched to two different representatives and they were careless and felt like they did not want to help.
