This company sucks. According to them I'm always late on my payment. I'm late at the beginning of the month, middle of the month, end of the month when payment is due. They want $53, I pay $73 and still not good enough today I had to pay $53 from my card and they got $73 from my bank today. Done that 3 times this year and I'm still late. I have to reboot my main hub 2 times a day and my back camera comes on when ever. To Stop that from happening they want me to buy the new stuff. I just got done paying off my current system. After 3 years. I'm considering dropping this company

Devin G.We've had Vivint for approximately 4 months and are disappointed with them. The biggest problem is the alarm goes off,even after disarming it. I would call for service but the company charges for everything. The customer service sucks! We had ADT before and it was the same crap. The bottom line is there is no decent alarm companies and Vivint is at the bottom.

The guys that come to your door to get you to sign up are scam artists! They don't tell you upfront that you will be getting billed from 2 companies and that the items they claim are "free" really aren't! I'm getting charged $2,300 for a doorbell camera and the panel. This company is a scam and I don't recommend it at all
