I definitely recommend HomePro Solutions. They replaced the roof in my house, the patio and the shed. They were prompt, fast and efficient. They did a fantastic job and I am very satisfied and also grateful for the one on one way everything was explained leaving no room for doubt regarding the initial condition of the roof and everything that had to be done to replace it. We had solar panels, an HVAC unit and a water filtering system installed by Homepro Solutions. Excellent service provided by Alejandro Rosales during the entire process and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We’ve had the services for over a year now and haven’t had any issues whatsoever. From paying $160-$300 per month for our electric bill during last summer, we only paid $26 dlls last month. I highly recommend this company and Alejandro for the best customer service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife Sarai and I just invested in the water filtration system from Home Pro Solutions. We had been in the market for this type of upgrade/investment for a while. Our sales representatives were Antonio Gomez and Alberto Ramirez, who provided the most outstanding service known to man. These gentlemen treated us like we were family or long time associates and presented an amazing product. They provided an installation date that fit right into our schedule. Great product, great employees, I would recommend you check them out if you want to step up your water quality.

I left the comment below a year ago because the service was great at first. One year later after installing the water system it was still great. The down side to this company is I was told that if I had to deploy or move that they would disconnect the system free of charge if I had to go. I got orders to deploy and I called the company and they want to charge me $400 to disconnect the water filter system. This left me in a hard situation and I had to do everything myself. It was ridiculous to charge $400 just to disconnect the tank from the main water line. The company was not willing to work with me and took to long to respond to me for me to be able meet my time line that I had to meet. The water system is great however the service after the fact is not. Be prepared if your military to hand over $400 every time you move or Deploy.

Rene did an awesome job since the start. Very easy financing, efficient and quick installation. All technicians were very attentive. It was awesome having Rene come in before and after the installation to make sure the AC was up and running. He responded quickly to my concerns after the installation was complete.

Communication is frustrating with them, the people they use for installing mini splits, don't back up their full 2 year warranty on them. Need more years on the warranty, for the junk they get. 2 year warranties are for microwaves, and tv's not the expensive mini split junk they push. Installation was wrong just left mini splits on bare dirt. Will leave pictures later for proof. These are pictures I said I would post of the units "Professionally installed" on the floor with no protection from the ground.

Horrible communication. I was assigned to them after Titan Solar went bankrupt. My panels haven’t been working since last July. They finally came out in December only to tell me they weren’t working and they’d be back to fix them. I haven’t seen anyone since. I’ve called multiple times only to get their voicemail. They never return my calls. When I do finally get someone to answer they always say “I’ll call you back” to which they never do. This is EXTREMELY frustrating and disappointing

Had a conversion done on my home from a swamp cooler to hvac with Home Pro Solutions a few months back. I haven’t been so content and couldn’t be happier with the switch. I was a bit hesitant but they offered a finance option I couldn’t seem to get anywhere else and still remained hesitant but decided to pull the trigger. As of now, no issues or regrets here. Many thanks to sales representative, Hector Valenzuela. He initially approached me, explained my options on replacements, as well as options on payments/financing and has been in communication for whatever questions or needs I’ve had over the past months. We finally got rid of our Evaporative Air. We have 2 new HVAC units and they work GREAT. Thank you Jesus, Manny Gonzalez, and the Home Pro team!! One day install!! LOVING the HVACS during these 100+ degrees. GREAT financing!! The team was GREAT!! They were prompt, efficient, organized, and cleaned up after. GREAT TEAM WORK!! Manny & Jesus stopped by to check on how everything was going, it was nice to see "Bosses". Home Pro EVEN GOT RID OF OUR OLD UNITS!! YEA!!

Rene the person that helped me was great. At first I was skeptical that anyone could help. Our home has been needing a new Roof for over 5 years. But could never get anyone to help with financing and get it done. Rene sat down with me for over 5 hours at the house and worked diligently to try and get something done. Finally he did it. We were able to get a new roof and all the facia and soffits fixed. Also was able to get a large solar system for the home installed. Which will save on the electricity usage. Also with a very manageable payment. They handled all the financing, made everything real easy and all the work was completed in less that 30 days. Thanks to Rene we sleep better knowing the house won’t leak anymore and we have the extra benefit of getting the solar system to save on our electricity bill. Rene was here every step of the way to make sure everything was done properly. Couldn’t ask for a better person to help us. Rene and Home Pro Solutions are great people to deal with. Would recommend to anyone.

I was offered solar installation along with updating landscaping and a pergola. The installation of the solar panels so far so no issues it is with the landscaping and pergola which were done poorly. I got a follow up call from the owner when they were installing the solar panels and he stated he would call once the project was complete but I never did and when I call I only get a voicemail.

Interesting that you allow external contractors to wear your company T-shirts and then conveniently point fingers. DECEPTION at best.
