The fan on my A/C - furnace unit suddenly stopped working last Friday and it was over 30 years old, though it cooled and heated my home well. So I had already considered buying a new one but felt that if I could fix the fan part cheaply, I would put off replacing it one more year. After waiting a couple days for someone at another company to return my calls, I had had enough sweltering in place (factually 90 degrees inside at 11 pm when outside it was only 80). Traveling home from a Sunday visit to a nearby town’s community pool (just trying to stay cool) I saw a sign for Temperature Experts and am so very glad I did. The next morning I called them and Jorge returned my call within a few minutes! He came out to diagnose my problem within an hour of that! His price to replace my rusted out old noisy monster was so good that I decided to go on and get-ur-done. Three days later he and a helper had installed it. Plus Jorge never minded answering my myriad of questions and concerns. He’s really an excellent technician and genuinely friendly and hardworking, as was his helper, Jose. It was not an easy install (a few glitches to deal with in my old manufactured home) but they persevered steadfastly to complete the job that day, including carting off all the old, worthless scrap.

Jose is kind, professional and knowledgeable. He is very easy to get ahold of and his prices are reasonable! Definitely recommend!

My AC broke down and I called these guys. He was Super fast! Came within minutes, and fixed the issue. Very affordable, and works with you! If I could give 12 stars I would!

I give FIVE stars to Jose and his team from Temperature Experts. We realized we had a ceiling leak coming through our living room. We went up into the attic and saw the water was coming from the AC. Although we had the AC pan, somehow it was still leaking. We discovered this at 9:45pm. My husband called Temperature Experts, left a message but we were not hopeful anyone would call us back, being so late at night. Jose called us within about twenty minutes and suggested we turn off AC for the night and he would be at our house at 7:00 am. He discovered the catch pan was way rusted and more than likely had holes in it. He came back with the part, replaced it and inspected the unit and other pipes really well. One of the AC pipes was plugged up and thankfully was caught in time. He was very professional, courteous, on time and had our AC up and running in no time. Highly recommend this company for all your AC needs y se habla Español.

Jorge was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I’ve had a pesky leak in my mini split AC for years and Jorge was the first tech to take the time to explain everything thoroughly for me to make an informed decision. His price was very fair as well, less than I’ve been previously charged by others for the same service. 10/10 recommend Jorge is a hard working and trusted individual.

I had a late night emergency with my air conditioning, and I wasn't expecting to get in touch with anything at that hour. I had something scheduled that night and it was fixed the next morning.
