I came home to a wet floor around my HVAC. I found Hill and Valley heating & air conditioning on google. I called to schedule an appointment for the next day since they were about to close for the day. Daniel said he would come out to check my system without hesitation. He found the issue and fixed it right away. He was thorough and checked everything was good before leaving.

Daniel is our Angel!! Our AC stopped working on July 13th and it was 108 degrees outside. After calling many the large AC companies in Austin and being told the earliest appointment date was 8 days out (some dates given were more than 2 weeks out), I decided to call a small local company – Hills and Valleys Heating and Air Conditioning. Daniel responded immediately and was amazing! He was able to squeeze us in the following morning due to having a morning appointment nearby, and our AC was working within two hours. He is a kind and warm person, very responsive, and even stayed a bit to make sure there was no issues. Also, the cost was very affordable. The company will forever be our AC go to company. Thank you, Daniel! We can’t tell you how much we appreciate you and your time.

Air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the summer. Called these guys and they were out here same day and were very clear about what the possible issue were and cost. My husband and I are extremely grateful. Customer service was also really good. Definitely saved in my phone and will be a repeat customer!

Our AC was cutting in and out one evening. Daniel came out and had our issue fixed within an hour of our phone call after 5p on a Tuesday. He was speedy, responsive, and fairly priced. We called 2 other service providers, and Daniel was able to get to us sooner and at about 60% of the cost.
He took the time to explain the issue to us, outlined a preventative maintenance plan, recommended a regular service plan (no pressure to buy or engage), and gave us an estimate for some other work while he was on site.

I found Hills and Valley Heating and AC through my local Nextdoor. I spoke to Daniel on Monday he was professional and had great communication about the time I could expect him at to do my diagnostic. He came out the next day at the time he said he would. My 16 year old unit was in its death throws and he informed that he could replace it. He sent me 2 quotes with options and once I decided on the unit I put half down and he could do the install on Saturday. He communicated with me the evening before to his early ETA (7am) and he arrived promptly with his team of 3. They got straight to work! I am very pleased with the job. I will continue to recommend Daniel to all my friends needing HVAC work. It was the smoothest any of my contracted work out here has ever gone! Thanks Daniel

Last night, our outdoor AC unit decided to go kaput on one of the most humid nights of the year. My room hit 95 degrees this morning, and I was dying. I'm tech savvy enough to know how to change a capacitor, but even with the new capacitor, the ac unit still acted like it had given up the ghost.

In comes Daniel to save the day. He let me choose if I wanted the weekend charge or if we should delay the service call till Monday. When I say I wasn't built for summer? I mean it. He was out within 15 minutes of our call, he talked me through the whole process, he didn't try and nickel and dime me, he walked me through maintenance, and what we can do to make our attempt to extend the life of our machine.

My dad is a disabled vet, I'm post chemo, I have a kid who gets temperature based seizures. We needed this service and he could have been a total jerk and up charged the life out of this service. He was reasonable, kind and quick. I don't think I will ever use another AC company.

When I say this is the best AC service I have ever gotten, I mean it. He was friendly, helpful, conscientious, amicable and personable. We got rock star service and didn't end up giving up the ghost on either our machine or our bank account. If you need service, run, don't walk to get ahold of Hills and Valleys Heating and Air conditioning. You will absolutely be glad you did.

Working with Daniel has been a pleasure. He was timely, and professional. On his advise, we ended up replacing our entire system instead of just replacing our compressor and hoping the rest of the system would continue to function properly. The new system was installed quickly and the quality of work was top notch. We now have a new system that is correctly sized for our home, as the original builder installed unit was too small. Do not hesitate to give Daniel and his team a call.

I am just amazed by this company! Not only did they get my house back to cooling amazingly in this Texas heat but he had to come back and make a final tweak to the system and he remembered that my dad had a pretty serious procedure done and he asked how he was recovering. If you are looking for a caring and thorough company that knows your time and family is important than this is it. I will use them in future needs for my 2nd unit that is 20 years old if need be and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I hear that is having ac problems. He really knows his stuff and the operation of your hvac system and the price for services was lower than other quotes I checked out.

We picked Hills & Valleys based on the great Google reviews & we weren't disappointed. Daniel responded quickly to our concern about our leaking AC system & gave us a good overview of our aged system's condition, as well as reminders about the maintenance we need to do. He & Tracy did some initial cleanup with our understanding that the coil needs serious cleaning, which we are scheduling with them. He also installed a couple of small elements to the drainage system to address the issues we were seeing. Explanations were great & we saw the problems areas he pointed out. In the long run, we will definitely look to them for eventual replacement of our system.

Our AC started freezing some weeks back and we got quoted for a whole unit replacement by another company. We reached out to Hills and Valleys for a second opinion. Daniel was able to get out unit up and running with a good cleaning and even fixed our main drain that apparently was not installed correctly since the house was built. We are very satisfied with the service and attention to details

Can't say enough about Daniel and his team.
He was able to diagnose my issue same day, had parts ready to go and my house was cold again. The experience really shows, he even took the time to explain the complexities of HVAC to me while doing the repairs. Price was fair also. When it comes to your home you have to hire a pro and Hills and Valleys Heating & Cooling are PRO's.

I sent Daniel an email late in evening, not expecting to hear back until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend. He called me within 10 minutes of sending the email and was there about 20 minutes later. He worked very fast but still took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it which I appreciated very much. The overall cost of the repair and diagnostic fee was far less than what we were expecting, and the service much more. He was in and out in less than an hour and we are so happy to finally have our AC back after not having it for a couple weeks. If I knew the process would’ve been this smooth I would’ve done it sooner. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them!

We recently used Hills & Valleys HVAC to install a new interior unit for our HVAC system and their service and professionalism were outstanding! They were affordable, provided fast service and got our system running as it should be! Highly recommend and will certainly use them again!

Updated: Another fantastic experience with Hills and Valleys Heating & Air! We noticed this morning that our HVAC system suddenly stopped working. They responded and arrived incredibly quick - something that is greatly appreciated in August!

The issue was diagnosed quickly, everything was explained clearly, and our system was back up and running in no time. Not only was the repair done thoroughly and professionally, but Hills and Valleys also took the time to offer helpful maintenance tips to keep everything running smoothly in the future. It’s rare to find a company that combines speed, skill, and great customer service so well.

Wanted to give a shout out to Hills and Valleys Heating & Air Conditioning. The fan in our AC unit stopped working last night. Daniel was here within 15 minutes of us calling this morning. He had the problem diagnosed and our AC fixed in no time. Highly recommended if you are in need of HVAC services!

A few months ago, in the middle of the summer, I noticed my AC just wasn't keeping the house cool like it was supposed to. When I contacted Daniel, he responded quickly and was able to come out and look at my AC promptly. He diagnosed that my refrigerant was leaking due to a faulty installation/hardware (several houses in my neighborhood had the same issue). He was able to do a temporary repair immediately, to let my AC start working again. He then did a lot of investigative work to get me a new evaporator coil for free, under warranty, from my home builder (which was doubly difficult because the installers had painted over the serial number!), and he came back to install that. I would 100% recommend Daniel for your AC or heating needs! He's helped me and many others in my neighborhood.

Had a great experience with Hills and Valleys when my AC wasn’t cooling right. Daniel showed up on time, was very courteous and professional, and really took the time to walk me through what was going on. He answered all my questions without rushing, which I really appreciated. Strongly recommend Hills and Valleys for any AC/Heating needs. I needed a 2nd opinion and gave them a call. And I’m so glad I did. They were here within the hour for the initial look. Mr. Daniel, by just looking at the unit outside was able to guess exactly what was going on inside my attic without even looking. Very knowledgeable and explains the issues in a way that was simple for me to understand. The process moved forward in a very timely manner and they answered all my questions promptly. They were really reliable and honest and take a lot of pride in their work. It was a great experience overall and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

They did an outstanding job replacing our old AC unit. We called them on Wednesday about our struggling system, and they had the entire job done by Friday morning just two days later. Our house went from 87 degrees down to a comfortable 70, all thanks to them. Their prices are unbeatable. Unlike the bigger companies with huge markups, Hills and Valleys is family-owned, and I’ll always choose to support a family business over a big corporation. I have a super old unit that needs to be replaced. Due to financial strains I opted for some replacement parts instead. Daniel came out quickly to evaluate, really went above and beyond to get it going. I mean he came out not once, not twice, but THREE times to be sure the job was done right.
He was so professional, prompt and has reasonable rates. What more could you ask for!?!?
