This is the first HVAC we have had installed where we had a choice of equipment and technology for a new house. When we met with Rick and his team, we realized we had selected the right company to help us. Every step in the process, from the initial discussion of options, our comfort and cost goals, installing the furnace, A/C, and ductwork, then the tech follow-up, was top-notch. Rick explained all our options and helped us to pick the best system for us, then delivered and installed it as promised! The workers who came out and installed the system were very friendly, cleaned up after they were finished, and were very informative about the new system. It is the cleanest install we have seen in all of the homes we have had, as there is no random ductwork everywhere, and it leaves plenty of room in our attic space. We would strongly recommend this local company!

Rick and his guys are very professional and courteous. I had a compresser in my egg cooler go out and they were able to get the compressor and get it installed before this crazy heat got too bad. Super nice people and will definitely call on them for all my ac needs!

Air Control has installed both of my main house AC units, replaced old rotten duct work in the attic, and replaced an old R22 unit for our rental house. The fact that I've relied on them over and over tells you everything you need to know, really. Rick and his team are always on time, work quickly and are honest. And if I ever have a problem or a question, the respond quickly and are extremely knowledgeable. I recommend them without reservation.

I highly recommend Air Control Heating and Air for all your HVAC needs. They installed a Mini-Split in my mom’s tiny house and they maintain and service our AC unit as well. Rick and his employees are very professional and offer fair pricing and financing is available. They are the only company I would call if I needed service or a new unit for sure.

I would recommend Air Control for any AC needs. I had Rick and his crew install a new AC unit in my house that was a challenging install due to space. Rick was able to figure out how to get the unit installed and utilize the small amount of space that was available for the unit. Once this unit was installed it has been working flawlessly and is keeping my house nice and cool.

We had an issue with our Pioneer Mini Split system not cooling properly. Dakota came out as scheduled and quickly found the problem. Gave us our options and got us up and running in no time. Thank you Air Control for a great job. We are now Groovy Cool.

Called for “hot room”. Jacob came out to install new duct work and dampeners. He is VERY PROFESSIONAL. He lets you know what is going to happen and explains everything in terms you can understand. I highly recommend him and since I have used AIR CONTROL in the past I highly recommend them. I will follow up after a few days to see if the room is cooler.

The two service technicians that were dispatched to my home arrived promptly and were courteous and respectful of my property. The problem with my AC was discovered and repaired at a fair and honest price. Will definitely use this company for any future AC needs.

We purchased a home from an elderly woman who had a new HVAC system (indoor and outdoor units) installed by Air Control in June 2024. During our home inspection in April 2025, it was discovered that the inside unit had a refrigerant line leak and was installed too low to allow proper filter replacement, requiring a $400 adjustment to raise it. The previous homeowner contacted Air Control in May 2025 to address a leak and recharge the refrigerant, per our contract with proof of receipt sent to our realtor that it was serviced.

After moving in June 2025, we noticed the unit was leaking water. We reached out to Air Control just before closing time and were told someone would review the records and return our call the next day. No one followed up, and after a second call with the same response, we ended up resolving that issue ourselves.

Now, in July 2025, the system has developed another leak and once again needs to be recharged. These units are barely a year old and have already required multiple repairs, which is unacceptable for new equipment.

It’s extremely disappointing to see what appears to be substandard work, especially given that the original customer was an elderly homeowner. We expected far better quality and customer service from a professional HVAC company.

Great on time service, fair price and going way above to find a solution for a possible long term problem!
Called Air Control at 8am and repair technician was at my house by 11am on the same day. Quickly diagnosed that the problem which was a faulty fan motor. Part was under warranty but discovered that the fan motor was on backorder from the manufacturer for another 3-4 weeks. The Team was quickly able to find a temporary fan solution (part needed was in Canton) and installed it the same day.

Definitely recommend them if you are needing quality AC service!

Rick and his team with Air Control did a great job with our newly-renovated office building. He offered advice (which we took!) on the size of units for the 3600-sq-ft space, where to put the thermostats based on needs within the office, and did a great and timely job installing the units, duct work, etc. His quote for the work won out, and he even offered further discount as we are a nonprofit organization. And, Rick is a super nice guy! I highly recommend Air Control Heating and Cooling!
