Called Wilson's at 8 am Friday morning. They showed up at 11:30. Told me what the issue was found that my newly purchased home had an AC warranty that I had no knowledge of. Billed everything through the warranty and have the parts on order. But instead of us having to sit and wait till the parts come in the graciously gave us a loaner. The loaner part showed up 30 minutes later so my family didn't have to bake in this texas heat. These are some of the most outgoing people. They were very friendly and more than willing to explain what the issue was. This is the kind of family owned hometown experience every would want. Thank you Wilson's for caring about my family. You guys are amazing and the only AC company I will call going forward. Truly above and beyond all expectations. Keep these small town businesses alive!

You’ll have to forgive the fact that I caught this long after it was done, but “Wilson’s” is another curse word at our dinner table for the sub-par work they’ve done to my in-law’s house. Recently, another minisplit unit was installed by a much more trusted company of the same service area and I went to go take a look. Come to find out, the work that Wilson’s did, is against NEC code. I have found multiple violations. I personally am going to fix this myself because they used the wrong type of connectors and I can guarantee the Metal Clad cable they used does not have an anti-corrosive coating on the jacket. Plus it wasn’t even strapped and is just dangling from the disconnect to the outdoor unit. One 3/8” 1 hole strap and a self tapping screw was asking too much apparently. Could at least act like you care about the work you do. Electricity isn’t a game. NEC code is just bare minimum REQUIREMENT not recommendation. As a company that’s been around since 1979 I expected them to know better.

We recently had Wilson's install a new heat and air system in our home. The experience was amazing. Wilson's provided prompt and courteous service for our previous system... thanks Cody and Michael. This was our first time using them, and we worried about the weather, and our wood burning stove as we have not been able to find a place to look at it. This place showed up on my search and we took a chance, and now we will keep using them. They came out even though the weather was starting to get bad, and didn't hesitate. He went above and beyond to make sure that we would have a heat source incase power went out. Our wood burning stove door wouldn't open, and he made sure it would, and it would at least be safe if an emergency happened, and there was a better time to look closer at the issues with the stove. Preston was amazing, he took time to explain things to us and listened when we told him about things that we were concerned about.

Left a message on their voicemail on Sunday evening. They called me early Monday morning and were at my house by 11:00 a.m. Service was topnotch. Thanks Gabriel for helping us out again! My HVAC went out yesterday evening and when I called this afternoon I was told they could get out to my place same day. Awesome service and very customer friendly. Got me fixed up and working in no time. Cost was very reasonable as I was expecting to pay a lot more.

We had trouble with our unit last month called and they came out the same day. They fixed our problem and checked our heat system for winter. The heating system was not working properly and he said it was under warranty and would order the parts and get back with us. This morning on the coldest morning he came with the part and installed it. They take good care of their customers. We've used them for many years. Thank you Tracie and Cody

We have used this company for over 5 years and they are always responsive and take care of us as quickly as possible. They installed our Daikin mini-splits system and came out within hours when we needed service. Always courteous and provides updates regarding any parts that are ordered. We appreciate their professional service.

The entire team was great to work with. We had issues with our mini-split system in our tiny house and they had someone out the next day. They got us working again pretty quickly and also diagnosed a refrigerant leak in 2 of the units. After charging up the system, they contacted the vendor and determined that the coils are under warranty which will save us money on future repairs.

This is our first experience with Wilson’s but they will be our first choice if we need HVAC work in the future.

I called yesterday to get help with finishing the installation of my mini-split in my shop. I needed to have my line set tested for leaks, vacuum of the line set and release of the refrigerant. I had done the entire install and just wanted an expert to check things over before firing it up. No leaks, vacuuming went well. Released refrigerant and unit is up and running. They showed up today. Awesome folks and very reasonably priced. Just charged me for a service call. If you need heating or cooling help, these folks are the best. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
