The guys were very professional and cleaned up as they were going through the process. Our vents had never been cleaned in the 35 year history of the house. I highly recommend this company!

The great thing was that TJ actually answered the phone! No answering service or vmail… an actual person who could help. Then, the technician, Dakota, who came out to service our two units was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He took lots of pictures and was able to tell us what we could do to make our systems more efficient. We were very happy with the quality of service we received.

The gentlemen that came to clean out the air ducts in our house were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. They worked diligently and efficiently, not making a huge mess of the house. The before and after photos are astonishing! No wonder we were having chronic sickness! (built in '82 and never been done before...YUUUCK!) I highly recommend having your air ducts cleaned out by professionals; especially if you are asthmatic, if you're elderly, have young kids, or if you have lungs in your chest and breathe air. Yes, it's going to cost some money, but you will notice an immediate difference in the quality of air being circulated in your home. It feels and smells cleaner, airy-er and I'm not waking up in the middle of the night in need of a breathing treatment every time the heat kicks on.

Wilson's has excellent response time, great tech's, very knowledgeable...was able to diagnose problem, make repairs and get us back online meeting all expectations.

They were able to send someone out fairly quickly. The repairman diagnosed and fixed the problem in a short amount of time, and he was very pleasant. We will definitely call them again if the need arises.

Wilson's Heat & Air came out today for a repeat visit for my mini split. They were more than fair in addressing my issue and I do recommend. Gabriel showed up, was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. He worked tirelessly to identify the root cause of my problem. THANK YOU!!

Wilson Heat and Air were great! They communicated well, did excellent work, and showed up when they said they would. There was an error with the system that I had purchased (not from them) and they helped me figure out how to make it right. I highly recommend them.

Gabriel and his assistant Rodney installed our Mini Split system on 8/20/2024. They really did a good job. Gabriel is very knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions. I strongly recommend Wilson's Heat & Air to anyone want to install a Mini Split system.

The two guys were very prompt in getting here. Got calls saying they were on their way. Did a great job and it did not take too long . They explained about other things I asked them about. In the future if I choose to have something else installed, Wilson’s will be the 1st ones I call.

They are a solid company, reasonably priced, trustworthy, and just good people. They have shown up for us when others haven't or who were going to do work that wasn't needed at a way higher bid. They are our go to HVAC company
