They had to come back and repair several mistakes. Which I understand that, however when there was a warranty issue they charge Labor fees which I absolutely do not agree with! This unit is not even a year old and I am responsible for your service fee on a product that is under warranty. They did not put the cover back on correctly on one of the units, we fixed that guess we should have sent them a bill for our time. Suppose we should have sent them a bill for not having a working unit for weeks waiting on the part. Truly that is my only issue is the fee on a warranty part. Will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. The original owner he would have stood behind his work and never charged extra for something that wasn’t the customers fault. That’s the reason I went with Wilson’s to begin with and now I understand it clearly isn’t ran the same.

Absolutely wonderful customer service, and great follow through. I love Wilson’s Heat & Air and appreciate their technicians, their office staff, and their owner, Lisa! Every technician who has worked on my system, has done a great job and went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend them for anyone in the area for service or maintenance of their HVAC system.

We used Wilson’s A/C to purchase our new unit and install it. They did an amazing job, even when we were having trouble with the new unit they came back 4 or 5 times until the issue was fixed. I would recommend everyone use Wilson’s because they truly stand behind their products and their work. We wore Cody out but he never got frustrated one time with us, which speaks volumes!! Thank you Wilson’s for the amazing job you do and for having the patience with us and finding and fixing the issue.

Very happy with the service that we received from Wilson’s. They scheduled same day service and arrived after 6pm on a Friday no less. After checking my systems they performed annual maintenance on both outdoor and indoor units. Definitely recommend them and will use their services in the future.

I haven’t used them, but if I ever have a problem I will. I was at Hooten’s today struggling to find a thermostat and one of their employees was like an angel!! Helped me out and now my house is cooling off very fast! I didn’t catch your name, but God knows, Thank you🙌🏻

The folks at Wilson’s did a large 2 day rework to fix issues left undone by the original installer of the system. Showed up when they said they would and completed the job as expected and showed me their work. I’ve found my heating and ac guys and would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!

They are professional neat and most importantly on time and lived up to what they promised. I would not hesitate to use them again. Preston office staff and installers have been a pleasure to work with. There price was competitive and there knowledge has been educational for me.

Service was quick and easy! Took care of us and showed us how to care for the system better (mini-splits are new to us) didn’t love that they wouldn’t work with the warranty company but…guess you can’t have it all!

Being a retired new home builder for several years in the Dallas areas, I have dealt with my share of HVAC contractors. My wife and I moved to this area a while back into an old farm house. The very first improvement was to install a HVAC system so we went with a highly referred local contractor and it turned out to be the worst HVAC contractor I had ever used.
As time went on we renovated the old home. After putting up with such an inferior install it was finally time for a new system and hopefully a better contractor. I found Wilson's Heat and Air and a few other local contractors to look at. I read reviews about each contractor, had on-site meetings and received bids with comparable equipment. Wilson's seemed to be the only solid one out of all my choices so my wife and I went with Wilson's and yes we are satisfied so far.
Wilson's installed a matched 2 stage Amana Heat Pump with a Variable Speed Furnice which is real nice. Very nicely, quick and professionally done for a total retro. Can"t say enough about how well and how quiet the guys worked. Tracy in their office deserves kudos also.
It's been 3 months since install and we have been from 32 degrees to about 92 degrees so far and the system seems to be working flawlessly. Hopefully when the dog days of summer arrive will be nice and cool.
And by the way Wilson's knows what HVAC Mastic is and they also know how to use it. We have very little dust in our home now which before was just like the first install - horrible.

We were without ac because of a bad thermostat. Went two days without air. We called and Gabriel came out and had our ac working in under an hour. He was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and Gabriel!

We called late one afternoon because our A/C quit working. Gabriel came out first thing the very next morning! He took pride in his work in that he looked up information on our A/C unit and discovered it was under warranty. Our only expense ended up being the fee for the service call which was nothing compared to what it could’ve cost us. We HIGHLY recommend Gabriel because of his honesty, his friendliness and his Quality of work.

Wilson’s did a great job on our New HVAC Installation. I feel confident with my decision to use them for my AC needs.

They did very well, tech was a little behind but they let me know and he was very nice and helpful, answered all my questions and checked everything out. Very good work.
