Simple to use for homeowners.... use your three vouchers per year.
You can even get your yard mulch, dirt, sand and stone while you're here.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they don’t pick my trash up on so many occasions! Don’t really understand the problem!😡

The Ladies at the gate are so rude and inconsiderate. It was my first time going to the landfill, they asked me to call a number because my DL wasn't on my account apparently. She didnt even direct me where to go, just said “turn around and get in line again”. thankfully, the man at the convenience center was helpful. Then i came back around and i informed the NEW lady that had taken over I was there for a free visit. She then proceeded to YELL and say “I SAID ONE MINUTE”. I am not going to assume that she new i was there for a free visit. Teach the ladies at the gate how to speak to people and inform them that not everyone has been there before.

I thought old TVs were going to be recycled, but I but they had me put it in a regular dumpster. I should have just used the weekly bulk pickup... I I tried!

I have been an Arlington resident my whole life and this was my first experience at the landfill. I did some landscaping around my house and early fall cleaning which caused lots of trash I didn’t want to overflow in my bins. When I arrived with my husbands flatbed work truck, we were harassed about it being a business dump. She told me it was going to be $106 without knowing the final weight or what materials we had! How is it possible she know the cost without the dump. They are supposed to for trash and their are acting as if I am doing something illegal. You don’t want people dumping in the street but you don’t want it in the dump either. I’ll be sure and call them to my house multiple times this week to pickup. IT IS YOUR JOB.

It's crazy $190 for the first two tons and $80 for each additional ton.

ridiculously rude staff. there was a mix up with my residential address and the lady wanted to charge me $106 to dump my truck....mind you Ive used this dump for the last 5 years with no issue. only saving grace is Jennifer. she was kind, helpful, and worked to resolve my issue instead of being a difficult [redacted] like her coworkers.

Had a 10 ft. Trailer with a couch n loveseat on it. Was told to go to scale 4.
The lady told me I had to go to the top to dump. And charging $25 for a hard hat n vest. Dump here for years n never was told that. Now I'm back in line with my truck loaded to the max. I front of me is 2 tandem trailers that got to dump by the dumpsters. Worst place ever....

I went this morning to dump a load of tree limbs that I took off my property that I have here in Arlington, I am a Arlington resident but where I live right now all my bills are paid so I am not attached to a water bill right now.
And I had the unpleasant surprise that when I dumped the trailer it was $85 instead of $57.60 like it has been.
Not very pleased considering I've been coming in there for upwards of 30 years now.
Really starting to nickel and dime people when you have to have a water bill to get a decent price going to the dump even though you are a Arlington resident.
Not very good business if you ask me.

Horrible staff. Came here today to dump stuff and they wanted to overcharge me because they said my Arlington driver’s license don’t show on the account didn’t even want to see my water bill with my name on it. Told them I dumped stuff here last month with no issues. Then they want to tell me it changed last month. They just want to over charge you and take your money. What good isn’t being a resident of Arlington and going to the dump.

Your drivers license is sufficient to purchase alcohol or even a firearm, but it isn't good enough to prove you are an Arlington resident and let you into the Arlington dump to get rid of bulky trash you don't want to leave on the curb. Never underestimate the abilities for bureaucrats to find a way to make any system as difficult as possible.

Super rude! Nobody tells you where to pull your truck to dump. The guys standing on the hill are doing just that, standing on a hill. Getting paid to do nothing. And then when you ask them where to go, they are rude as hell and still don’t have an answer.

Warning RED TAPE ALERT MAX 10 OF 10 LEVEL RED TAPE A perfect storm of nonsense occurred when my wife and I chose to help someone with disabilities to get there living space free if clutter and hoarded items with a uhaul. Uhauls are pricey nowadays but that was not the source of red tape when we arrived at the Arlington dump we found that there are new regulations in place. The employees at the dump were very polite and you could tell that they have been treated poorly by dump users when these new rules were presented so they were not the source of the bad experience. The Arlington action center employees were likewise very helpful but had a job to do so they were not the problem. The problem is that if you look at the Arlington city web site you may very easily miss these new regs. and wind up paying for another day on a uhaul after literally hours of waiting in line at the Arlington landfill. You have to call the Arlington action center to verify your self with a valid ID or DL and A water bill with your name and your social to dump trash
I am giving this experience 1 star because this seems like something that if it is so important should be much more visible on the website and I guess you don't live in Arlington unless you pay a water bill? I am not giving one star because of any of the nice people who I came into contact with while learning this $200 dollar lesson in RED TAPE! I would give no stars to the web site designers maybe but they probably don't live here and don't know how they have set a trap for everyone in the city who goes to use the landfill since the rules were changed in October of 24. I wonder what the problem was? The one that prompted these new changes? Anyhow one star is more than deserved.

RIPOFF….RIPOFF!!! I would give 0 stars if I could almost $200 Dollars for 0.64 tons (1,280 pounds) of trash from my own property (i live in Tarrant county) It's unacceptable, never again. Conveniently, this landfill will charge you a minimum of 2 tons (4,400 pounds) regardless of whether you bring in much less than two tons.
It's definitely worth traveling to the Irving landfill where the price is fair.

Their fees are crazy high and the numbers are fake they don’t provide a visible scale where you can see your own weight going in and out, also inaccurate yards my trailer is a 9 yard trailer they put 16 my empty weight is @11k they put 13k and I know for a fact I had nowhere near 2 tons I would advise people to actually check what they are charging.

I was not allowed to dump any of load that was take. …8 tires and four wooden pallets ..I was told only 4 tires were allowed , I gave the cashier my ARLINGTON DRIVERS LICENSE, I’ve been a resident here for the past 10 years , and because my water bill was not under my name but my spouses name , they wouldn’t allow me to dump any of the tires, none of this information is on the website, which I researched prior to loading , completely disappointing when you try to comply with regulations and still get turned , ITS TRASH PEOPLE !…I now see why people just throw these spares on the side of road .

DISHONEST COMPANY!!! Company did not disclose TRUE amount to the church contractor (OK organization). Months after service with ok organization and account paid in full with OK organization; they (OK organization) contacted the church stating REPUBLIC has bill their
Company for an additional charge of $654.74. We contacted REPUBLIC and the CSR confirmed they
Billed OK organization more than the original quote.

Service is a bit a slow at times. Most is the employee are nice/professional. Gate rate/price is a bit high in my opinion.

Good place to dump clean dirt. Price is $20 usd per load (dump trailer). You pay in cash or card. The place is quiet and organized.

Unless you have bills in your name for the area, this place will purposefully gouge you. This is not the place to save money even with the bills in hand.

Denton will serve you better. It's worth the drive, AND it's easy to use. Way less hassle and at least 50% cheaper for bulk weight.

    This place wants your money.
