This is the most worthless company ever. Only the trash company can charge you full price every month and only haul off you trash when they want to. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you do they have no solution only pathetic excuses why they can’t do their job! The most incompetent company ever. Too bad you can’t complain to the city because they get so many complaints on them it’s become numb to it!!

I went to drop off a load of trash from the house but because the water bill is in my wife's name I was told it would be $106 to unload. This is unacceptable since it was never communicated. It is an easy 30 minute drive out there with traffic and 30 minutes back. There is also the time to wait in line. All of this wasted time just to be told that I cannot unload my truck because my name is not on the water bill. I see why people just go to dumpsters and throw stuff in there!

For the most part, the landfill process is fairly smooth and efficient getting in and out is usually straightforward. However, during rainy conditions, it can become extremely hectic and stressful. Republic tends to lack preparation for adverse weather, which should be common sense. If rain is in the forecast, steps should be taken to prepare the landfill for safer and more manageable track conditions. There are often areas that become excessively muddy, yet no precautions are taken such as spreading rock to improve traction for heavy trucks. This lack of foresight poses safety risks and disrupts workflow. during rainy conditions, you can expect up to 1-2hours delays.

With my dump trailer just soil and grass , clean dirt and grass they charged $700 is crazy expensive, I didn’t bring any trash and they consider grass mixed with soil is trash , and they charged per ton , my trailer is only 14’ long , I payed 3 times more than all the other places , I can accept paying a little bit more than other places but not 3 times more than other landfills like Denton , Princeton , Lewisville… if it is dirt is heavy of course but how they will charge ton of dirt as ton of trash , I am very frustrated, this is not fair at all

Worked with them to remove a dead oak tree in our backyard. My wife and I had a hard time with other companies, what with their exorbitant pricing and not showing up on time for estimates, etc. But with Southwest, it was very reasonably priced, very easy to schedule, and they did an excellent job including stumping and removing the debris from the tree. Highly recommend.

Wow, if you are looking for the best you found it. Southwest tree services did a fantastic job. They cut about 20 trees and pine tree branches. The team was really professional and really hard workers. They do stump removal and make sure to protect the surrounding to avoid any damage. I recommended strongly this Company.

Southwest Tree Service was quick to call me back to set up a time for an estimate for tree trimming and tree removal. Charles and his crew were respectful of my plants and property. The job was completed timely and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They get 5 stars!!

I'm never excited to remove a tree but they did a great job at a good price. Got us on the schedule quickly and completed without any issues. I'd definitely use southwest tree service again.

I was referred to Southwest Tree Service from a good friend. They have used them exclusively for years. I was very pleased with their professionalism, their timeliness, and their quality of work. It's nice to know some companies still have high standards in service in a time so few companies still do. Southwest is definitely one of the few and I will never use another company and will recommend them to all my friends as well.

Would highly recommend. Their scheduler got us in for the quote and the work very quickly. Their price was significantly better than we had been quoted by others. A big crew arrived right on time went right to work, worked very quickly but safely, and left everything very clean when they were done.

This is an exceptional company! The owner was very pleasant and friendly. The work was done quickly and we were charged exactly per the estimate! They even did a couple of extra trimmings at no extra cost! I wish that we could give them 10 stars! All the trees and trimmings were cleaned up and the work was done in a professional manner. Amazing service. Every call answered or returned right away. The crew was quick and courteous. The clean up surpassed all expectations. Tina was great to deal with. They are my tree people!

They did an amazing job! Scheduled an estimate, they came over and explained everything. They said it takes about a week between requesting service and getting it on, but they must of had some free time and did it the next day! My backyard looks great and they hauled everything away. Would highly recommend!

This is my second year to use Southwest Tree Service and it is the only company I will use and I highly recommend. Everyone from front office staff, the salesman and supervisor are friendly and great to work with. Juan and his hard working crew do a great job and their work is outstanding. It's a compliment to the company when neighbors call me to ask what company I am using because of the quality of work.

Working with Southwest Tree Service was a great experience. Not only did they do a great job on making all of my trees look beautiful, work around all of the rain that we have had over recently, but they were also able to accommodate a schedule that my homeowners insurance mandated. We have used Southwest Tree Service faithfully for over 3 years. They have done large annual jobs for us and small jobs here and there. We can’t say enough great things about them. They have created and kept our tree canopy looking fantastic!! You can’t go wrong choosing them!!

We purchased a new home and had a number of over-grown and very large Post Oak trees that we needed to remove in our back yard. Charles came out quickly, understood what we wanted and made some good recommendations as well. His quote was fair and competitive. The guys came out on time, and worked a 10 hour day on a Saturday to complete the job. The guys were careful esp with a 40' tree right next to the house and they cleaned up very well. Overall, super job, great price, great crew. We will recommend and use SW Tree Service for all our tree services in the future. THANK YOU!!

This is by far the best tree trimming service I have ever used. They do a fantastic job and are very professional. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Skip the other guys and come here!!

They just trimmed a couple of trees in my yard. They were fast and very thorough. Hard-working guys that did a great job. Honestly, they could not have done a better job. I can honestly recommend this service very highly. Friendly and professional. Phone staff is also very friendly and professional.

EXCELLENT service from start to finish!! Tina is very personable and followed up immediately after I submitted an inquiry. Charles came out that same day to do an estimate. He is friendly, honest, and knows his stuff! Out of the 3 services we got quotes from I was most comfortable using this company (not to mention the price was very affordable and straightforward). On tree removal day the crew was right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Their attention to detail and clean up job was impressive! (Also, they helped to save a nest of baby squirrels and dropped a load of mulch off at our church garden). Needless to say they were very accommodating and we will be recommending Southwest to all of our friends, family, neighbors, etc. We are extremely happy with the results. Thank you!

We had a large tree that in front of our rental property in Bedford where roots were surfacing and it was damaging our sidewalk. We called Southwest Tree Service and surprisingly received the most courteous amazing complete service ever. Not only did they take the time to first go out and assess what the best solution was right away - but they were able to make recommendations and get to our job quickly. We were shocked at how great the yard looked after they removed the tree and how they left all in place. We highly recommend their unique customer service, the quality of their work and most of all their integrity and fair pricing!
