We used their hardwood floor revitalization service and tile grout cleaning service. All floors came out amazing and the tech was very professional. Only issue was that the tech that came to the house to measure the rooms, grossly underestimated the quote. Management provided a satisfactory compromise for the payment of work completed. We have used Dalworth several times for all floors and area rugs but this was the first time a tech miscalculated the quote. We will continue to use their services for the future.

I had my carpet, tile floors, and hardwoods cleaned by Dalworth, and they did a splendid job. Aaron & Travis are the BEST crew! They worked very hard and asked me to check and double check their work. It was exceptional. I will use them again and again and again! Friendly and professional as well as very conscientious about their work. Great people!

I scheduled an appointment with Dalworth clean online almost a week ago. I scheduled specifically for my carpet in the bedroom space and a papasan chair to be upholstery cleaned. I have an animal that has epilepsy and she had a strand of seizures, which resulted in her defecating and urinating on several carpeted surfaces. I have been sleeping on my couch for the better part of the last 2 weeks. I scheduled this appointment for Saturday, January 11th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.. I took the day off of work today in order to be here so somebody could complete this job.

I noticed on Wednesday that I'd yet to receive any confirmation and proceeded to call and left a voicemail. I never heard back, I called on Thursday and did the same thing. Friday I called and didn't get anybody and left no voicemail.

This morning I woke up and finally was able to get somebody on the phone who informed me that my appointment has to be rescheduled because it was still in "pending status." Nobody thought to reach back out to me for anything, and now, I get to sleep on my couch for God knows how long until I can find another company to come out and get this job completed.

I do not recommend Dalworth cleaning, solely for the lack of communication. They completely American Airlinesed me. It's almost like I bought a ticket, went through the trouble of packing a bag, scheduling time off to go on vacation, went to the gate for a flight, and then was told by the gate agent that they sold my seat even though I'd already bought it.

The guys did a fantastic job! Arron & Cliff went above & beyond what I expected in terms of providing the service. I asked for some additional services & they both provided the best quality of work both my wife & I could have expected from them. I would highly recommend Dalworth to anyone in need of high quality services. They charge a little more than some others, but to coin a phrase….you get what you pay for. Outstanding service!!!

Unbelievable service! I had a very brief window of time to clean my aging mother's carpet. After Stanley Steemer wasted half of my day then stood me up, Dal Worth came to my rescue. Vlad understood my plight and came in ON HIS DAY OFF and did a masterful job. Incredibly kind. Who does that these days? I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Vinny is awesome! Had a family emergency and needed carpets cleaned along with the bathroom tile. Vinny the super cleaning hero was sent out in a matter of a couple hours and did an awesome job! Thank you Dalworth and Vinny and his great personality given the situation.

Dalworth, Chris and his partner did an amazing job on the floors. We had them do our carpets, tile and wood. Carpet and tile looked great. The wood! Holy Cow! Had no idea what the original color of the stain was until it was cleaned. Made the room look twice the size. Great job, modest amount of time. Chris was amazing. Yes, I would highly recommend using Dalworth.

We are an interior design firm and Dalworth Clean was able to start our project on last minute. They worked with and around other subcontractors in order to create a harmonious work environment for all parties in order for everyone to get their task done. They made sure they were the last ones to leave so to make sure that we would be completely satisfied with the job and to spot clean any additional areas the other subs may have stepped after it was already cleaned. Would certainly recommend and use them again.

Make sure you let the company know IN ADVANCE that you want the technicians to cover their shoes when putting your cleaned rug back in place. This is not a standard practice for this cleaning company and I was advised after the fact that is what I should've done. The supervisor Lewis will be condescending with you and does not show pride in his company nor any customer service skills. His belief is "the technicians' shoes are not THAT dirty". And he equates it to "Am I supposed to tell you if they're wearing belts on their pants, too?" This is my first time using this company and I feel I have been scammed out of hundreds of dollars because now I have a dirty rug again but according to Lewis, "It's cleaner than before it was serviced." What good does it do to have my rug cleaned when the delivery people walk dirt into it as they are laying it out. But it's "not visible dirt and we have germs on our body anyways" per Lewis. I would think COMMON SENSE would dictate that care is taken to deliver a clean rug by putting covering on their shoes. Your customer service team and supervisor were so rude and condescending. It's a shame the basic principles of cleanliness are not followed by a cleaning company.

I have used Dalworth for years and always have been very satisfied with the service. I learned I can ask for a technician by name and now I try and schedule with him as he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and what I can do between visits to clean up after my pets. I have used other companies in the past but continue to come back to Dalworth.

My wife and I had our living room and master bedroom carpets cleaned. It had been a few busy years since our last cleaning. We're repeat customers and happy with the results then and we're very pleased today with the job that Marcus did for us today. He talked to us and walked us through the whole process .Thank you Marcus and Dalworth Clean.

The technician was definitely on time and efficient. I wanted the kitchen and hallway tiles cleaned and sealed. Over the last 20 or so years, the white tile was more black (probably due to two renovations)in places than the original color. When the technician left, they all looked amazing, yet less than a week later many areas are definitely very gray again. Right now I would have a hard time recommending this company after years of being a customer for my carpets.

I had a total disinfecting done on my house due to contagious pet illness which I contracted and hospitalized me. EVERYTHING was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, From air ducts to dusting and cleaning knick knacks and flooring and finally fogging with disinfectant. Everyone was so pleasant to work with and they were so thorough. I have always been pleased with their carpet cleaning and oriental rug cleaning service. This whole home service was even several steps above their carpet and rug services.

Dalworth Clean were fantastic! We had recently moved from out of State and our dining room furniture was in really bad shape and nothing would help. Gabe came out and worked his magic, and now our 8 dining chairs are looking even better than new (& smelling really good). Worth every penny.

Absolute Horrible Experience, they Overcharge for services, and completely took advantage of the situation. They charged 150.00 to clean a single 10x12 bedroom AND NOTHING ELSE IN THE HOME. Then they charged $250 to do a pet treatment again only in a single bedroom that has furniture in it. Dalworth completely took advantage of my 22 year old daughter not knowing any better that this price was highway robbery. She paid $433 to have a single 10x12 bedroom cleaned and a spot pet treatment because she has a little puppy who had a few accidents. It enrages me to know that a company like Dalworth justifies charging that much money to clean a single bedroom and nothing else! I called the corporate office to speak with them and voice my concerns a thinking the tech made a mistake... and they justified this charge standing behind their technician. Apparently, $250 is the least expensive pet treatment! I have worked in multifamily housing in the past, and a charge of this magnitude is something you see when they clean an entire apartment with both cleaning and pet treatment throughout and not simply a single bedroom. My heart breaks for my 22 year old daughter who thought she was doing a good thing by taking care of this on her own for the first time, she could not afford this amount but felt she had no other choice as they also went over more expensive pet treatments with her! Being taken advantage of is not okay. If she had called me I would have told her to tell them to leave. If they will do this to a 22 year old girl on a budget, then I feel very sorry for all the other families and the elderly people who are on a budget too. This was a hard lesson learned for my daughter to always get multiple estimates... They need to refund her, I agree 100% that she needs to pay them something because they did do work in her room but the amount they charged is completely unacceptable. I will NEVER recommend this company EVER!

Had a Dalworth duct cleaning and never knew how bad we needed one until it was done. The allergens and dander are way down and I am having to change my filter way less often. Miguel was very professional and walked us through the process.

Dalworth always cleans and repairs according to my wishes. Carpets are clean, sofa is freshened up and the carpet walkways look like new. In the years I have used Dalworth, I’ve only had one difficult experience with a tech. The problem was resolved and never happened again.
Chris, a tech we used, even replaced a piece of bedroom carpet that a new puppy dug and chewed a hole through. Twice. Perfectly repaired.
