Guys were great. Came in l, removed rugs, returned them and they were spotless. They placed rugs back where they were originally. Francisco and David were so professional and polite. Highly recommend .

They made certain I was happy with the placement and took care to center both carpets.

Dalworth did a fabulous job with my Persian rug. They cleaned it perfectly, bound the ends to replace the damaged fringe and cut a custom pad. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Robert delivered my finished rug and he and his partner were awesome. Great communication, on-time and very professional. Highly recommend Dalworth.

My rug looked like new after cleaning! It was cleaned in a timely manner too. Robert picked up the rug and returned it and put it back in place. He was very professional and personable. The cost was reasonable and competitive. I will definitely have them clean more rugs in the future. Highly recommend Dalworth!

Robert and his crew were professional, conscientious and made sure I was satisfied with my rug cleaning and placement. I have a Sleep Number bed with separate bed and frame, it takes at least 4 people to move the rug. They did a great job!! This is my second time using Dalworth and am quite pleased with the service they provided.

I hired them to clean my wool rug. They came to my house and picked it up, cleaned it, and brought it back! Pick up was quick, they were in and out. Delivery was great, Robert was super nice and went the extra mile by actually bringing the rug to my house instead of me having to meet him at an arranged spot (we’re like one mile outside of the service area) - that was a HUGE blessing and honestly the kind of service that would prompt me to use Dalworth for my next rug cleaning. The rug looks fantastic, the colors are more vibrant and it smells fresh. I’m very satisfied with the whole experience!

Francisco and Edna were fantastic. They not only helped put down the 5 rugs we had cleaned but helped move furniture and determine the best layout for the various rooms where the rugs were placed. (We just moved to a new home.)

Francisco and Edna picked up and delivered our 2 rugs we had cleaned by Dalworth. The are the best from A to Z. They are very courteous and professional. They pay careful attention to detail making sure the rugs are laid back down precisely where they were before. This was especially tricky because they had to put a rug bacjdown under a glass top table. This involved taking the glass top off, align the metal base evenly on the rug the putting the glass top back on evenly. They weren’t satisfied until we were completely satisfied, which we were. We are also completely satisfied with the outstanding job Dalworth did of cleaning our rugs. They may be a little more expensive but they are worth every penny. You get what you pay for and can trust that Dalworth to do the best job anywhere in DFW

Great employees like Robert are just one of the reasons I stick with Dalworth. I have used Dalworth Rug Cleaning for many years. My rugs always return fresh and renewed, with bright colors to assure me they've had a great bath. Robert and his partner carefully moved my furniture to remove the rugs. I had them cleaned while on vacation and arranged to have them delivered after I returned and washed my hardwood floors. Informed us when they would arrive to pick up rugs and when they had been cleaned and would be dropped off. We have two large rugs, and Francisco and David rolled up each rug and loaded on truck. They also rolled up rug pads and put in the garage; they were very nice and very polite. After the cleaning they put rug pads down and centered rugs in each room exactly as we wanted them. The rugs look brand new, and I recommend Dalworth and Francisco and David for your rug care and cleaning.This is our second time to use their services, but it won’t be the last.
