The guys at Complete Cool Air are amazing!!! I have called them many times, for multiple houses, for an a/c not blowing cold air. They are always able to get to my house within 24 hours, often same day. They work with you on maintaining your current system, and don't just push you to buy a new one. Complete Cool Air has my business in perpetuity.

Paul and Alex were prompt and professional. Before we decided to replace our heat pump, the repairs that were made were quick and easy. The system was 20+ years old so we decided to do a complete changeover. Paul helped us properly size our unit and planned the demolition of the old system along with the installation of the new. The process was very easy and Complete Cool was in and out in a half day! I was able to get to work and salvage some of the time that I’d anticipated being off. This is the 2nd home that Paul has changed my HVAC in. The work and service was great. I even had Complete Cool come to my place of business and replace 2 cooling systems on our roof! Again, prompt response with clear, concise instructions to our staff. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your indoor air quality needs.

After a poor experience with a different company I was directed to Paul at Complete Cool Air, and I'm really thankful. Don came out sameday to diagnose. He was polite and plain spoken, and seemed very willing to answer my novice questions. The final bill was a fair price for the time they spent working in the hot attic and significantly lower than anything the previous company had quoted me for. They came out the next day after my call and gave me an estimate for a new HVAC system after determining ours couldn’t be repaired. It took about 4 days for them to get us scheduled, but it was mid summer with 100+ temps so they were very busy. The technicians were polite, professional, and informative.

Have used these guys for regular servicing and inspections for the last few years. Very happy with the work and honesty.

Alex was amazing! Good customer service and communication skills! His polite, straightforward demeanor about my repair made me feel like this company and their employees are genuinely concerned and interested about their customers needs. In other words, they don’t “assume” repairs, and take your money; Alex was thorough in his assessment and completed the repairs. This was a weekend repair that needed immediate attention and Complete Cool responded to my request in a timely manner.

Updated 4/26/24 -- I have been a client since 2018, and am so very happy with Paul & his employees. It says something about a company that keeps the same great employees. There's no staff turnover like there is with less reputable companies.

Alex & Bobby replaced my ducts last week and added insulation today. I received a text when they were on the way, they did the work and cleaned up afterward. The prices were good. This is the company to call when you need HVAC services.

This is Dorothy's daughter, Carol. Alex and Billy installed my mom's new A/C/Heat Pump unit last week, replacing a 20-year old unit that had done its time. They were on-time, professional, and courteous. Mom was happy to have cool air again. Thank you very much!

Came home from work to find my indoor temperature at 89F. Called every company I could and none answered. I was about to give up when Paul called around 7:00 PM and said he had a guy wrapping up nearby.

Don was able to stop by within 30 minutes and even texted me he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem as a refrigerant leak and also gave me a quote and payment options for a recommended fix. I decided to top up the system for now since it is just the start of summer.

I will most likely call them again when it comes time to replace the A/C system.

UPDATE 07/19/2023

The refrigerant leak ended up being an evaporator coil leak for my 10-year old system. Don was able to stop by and assess the system and determined the compressor and blower were still in good shape. He laid out different options on a replacement evaporator coil for me using clear and concise terms.

The guys were also able to fit my work schedule and showed up on time on Saturday morning and finished installing the evaporator coil in about 3 hours. They were humble and professional during the whole process. Alex even advised me to watch for a certain complication and they would come out to check on it. Sure enough that particular side effect happened, but Alex was able to stop by and fix it in 15 minutes without extra charge.

I cannot emphasize enough how professional and reliable these guys are and how deserving they are of all these 5 star reviews.

I can see why this company has such a high rating. They arrived when they said they would, diagnosed the issue in about 5 minutes, and had it fixed pretty soon after that. They are an honest company and if all that's wrong is a minor part ( as was my case), they will tell you. I've been jacked around by other A/C repair companies in the past, so I am sticking with Complete Cool Air.

I had Complete Cool Air come out to my house recently because both furnaces were not working during the freezing temps in DFW. Paul and his crew got me fixed up with brand new Furnaces and I couldn’t be happier! They were both old (20yrs) and it was time to replace and they got me up and WARM fast! I also priced AC units with several companies and Complete Cool Air was very competitive and I had them replace a 5 ton unit as well ready for the summer. I can’t say enough good things about this company - they KNOW what they are DOING!!! I’ve used several companies for HVAC work but have been super impressed with Complete Cool Air and the KNOWLEDGE that their staff has to fix my issues. Any time in the future I have issues - Complete Cool Air will be my FIRST call.

Trustworthy, honest and friendly. They inspected my ducts and informed me they were clean and didn't require service, free of charge. I look forward to using their carpet cleaning services in the future.

I called Alex in the evening after I got off work because I had 2 Minisplits that were acting up, he dispatched one of his technicians the next day and fixed 1 of them and ordered a very hard to get part for the other, once the part came in he got the unit up and running, I am extremely happy with him and his crew and would highly recommend him for any air conditioning issues that you may have.

I have used Complete Cool Air exclusively the last four years mainly AC maintenance but had to do a new compressor unit recently. Paul is accessible to discuss my issues and schedule, Don in service is very upfront and thorough on explaining what the issue is, preventive work and options which is nice. Alex did a great job installing and very efficient and said ‘I like to do work as if this was my home’ which again great to hear. This was a big purchase for us but needed to be done and the warranty and quality made us feel better.. I like doing work with local owned businesses as their reputation is key to their success and Complete Cool Air has a five star reputation from me

Complete Cool Air has been easy to work with and they follow up on maintenance schedules if you sign up with them, so that I don't have to be the one to keep on top of routine maintenance on my home heating and cooling systems. Because I will forget. I forgot about it for 10 years. Scheduling is quick, efficient, and friendly.

For the actual service calls, Don is friendly, straightforward, takes the time to answer my questions, and provides easy to understand answers. I haven't felt pressured to make unnecessary repairs, which is awesome.

I haven't yet had any issues come up that needs last minute repair since I signed on with Complete Cool Air, but I was reassured that customers with contracts get priority scheduling, also awesome.

All in all, my experience with this company has been pretty good. No complaints from me.

Complete Cool Air Conditioning replaced all of duct work in our attic. The technicians who actually performed the installation did an amazing job. Not only were they on time as promised, when they finished the install they adjusted everything to have proper ventilation balance throughout our home to ensure that the air conditioner wasn’t working overtime to cool down or warm up our home.
