I have used Sudden Service for about 15 years or longer. I had a new complete AC heat pump system put in by them that works amazingly better than the old system. I’ve had new insulation added to my attic. And I’ve had repairs done. They have always done superior work. They are professional friendly. I highly recommend them, and will continue using them for many years to come.

I had 2 Lennox HVAC systems fail. I had 7 Lennox indoor coils fail in 8 years. I had tried several HVAC companies when replacing each of these failed indoor coils. After the last indoor coil failed, I had to get away from Lennox and decided to replace both of my Lennox systems. A friend recommended Sudden Service and said they were the best he has ever used. They came out and gave me a recommendation and price for 2 new High Efficiency RUUD HVAC SYSTEMS. Their technicians are great! Their customer service is great! Their professionalism is great! My friend was right. This A/C company is the best that I have ever used. I highly recommend them.

Such great service by this company! We had a very dirty dryer duct and Cole came out and gave us an estimate for that, along with duct cleaning, which we decided to do the return air vents. They also installed an air purification system at our request. Not pushy at all, just knowledgeable, and fixed several other items that we didn’t realize were an issue.

Overall, cannot recommend them enough! Ended up being a two day job and they were on time, friendly, and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more. I’m so happy we found a company we can rely on.

My dad has used Sudden for years to help with maintenance with several rental properties and his own home. When I bought my first home, my dad recommended them so I got on their membership plan for semi annual maintenance, which is WELL worth the cost. I have been a customer for a few years now and have nothing but good experiences from everyone in this company, every tech, Courtney (who takes the calls), everyone. Today I noticed it was too warm in the house and called them at 4pm. They had someone at my house and the job done by 6pm. I cannot say enough positive about them.

Sudden Service has performed maintenance on my heating and air conditioning for years. Sudden Service is top notch and are troubleshooters and PROBLEM SOLVERS. I had an issue that bothered me for a couple years and I never related it to the HVAC so didn't mention it to the serviceman. I just happened to bring it up to him and he thought a little while and walked around a few rooms...he diagnosed and mentioned what likely should be done...and, it worked with a little caulking and minimal effort. Problem was solved!!

For your HVAC service, you can’t go wrong with this company. I had my whole system replaced in August 2023. It was 100+ at that time. My A/C went out on Friday evening. I called Monday morning and had an estimate by noon. Shaun called the office to confirm they had what I needed in stock. I had a complete new system up and running by 1:00 the next day. Now folks that is what I call sudden service!! Richard came out yesterday for my fall service. He is very thorough and my system is all tuned up and ready for winter. Mike, Shawn and Richard have been servicing my AC unit for over 10 years. They show up on time every time. Rates are reasonable and they are very conscientious and never do anything that isn’t needed. If I am not home I feel safe in letting them come do work w/o me being home.
