Shirley Air has been our go to company for several years when we need quick, thorough, and honest service for our HVAC work. We own a small bakery in a 80s era shopping center with minimal amenities and antiquated equipment. Shirley Air has handled new equipment installs, urgent service calls and quarterly maintenance check-ups. We have developed a great relationship with this company, and would recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC professionals.

My property management contracted Shirley Air to help replace the entire AC unit and I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. Angel and Tyrell showed up promptly, got right to work immediately, and identified that a clerical error was made with which replacement unit was needed but they worked quickly to get it replaced and returned the same day to get everything installed. Angel made sure to educate me on every step of the process and kept me informed on where they would be in my home at all times. And got me a replacement filter. I really appreciate Tyrell cleaning up before they left, too. Too many times have contractors done work and left a mess behind. The little attention to details makes the best customer experiences.

I did run into a hiccup w the thermostat not connecting to the unit that evening and called the next morning and Pedro was back out and got everything working before the afternoon was even over. I am beyond pleased with the service provided and will be recommending to Shirley Air whenever possible. 🖤

Alliance has been taking care of our commercial HVAC systems for several years now for both our Fort Worth and Dallas locations. They are always prompt with taking care of any problems that arise as well as reliable when performing regular maintenance on our units. We have had a couple of urgent calls over the past few years and they have been able to get to us within the same day or following morning when it was a late afternoon request. We can count on them to take care us when it really matters. We will continue to do business with them for years to come.

Our AC quit working. I called Sudden Service and they sent a technician to our home the same day. The tech, Richard, determined the issue, make the appropriate repairs, explained the repairs to us in terms we could understand, all in one trip. Extremely professional. Pricing was fair. Will definitely use them again.

Sudden Service had been recommended to me for an A/C problem we were having. I called and spoke with Courtney, who was very professional. She arranged for the visit the next day. Richard arrived at the planned time, listened to the problem, examined the units, and made good recommendations. He repaired the unit, and it works very well. Richard did a follow up the following day. You can’t ask for better service than that!! They have made a new customer and follower.

Sudden service originally came out to review a moldy smell coming from my unit. I have been dealing with this problem since it was installed by Tempo Air.

This company sent out their first technician Richard who seemed very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and suggested I install a UV light as the smell came back from previous services in the past from Tempo.

As mentioned in my previous review, while I was glad to try something different, Richard didn't try inspecting inside of the coils or ductwork for any mold or bacteria growth.

I called in about my review and concerns and Mike had another technician, Sean (his son) come and do an inspection as well as clean the coils to ensure effectiveness of original installation.

During the install, he also walked me through how the ductwork was setup (Tempo essentially screwed me) and gave me several tips and advice to ensure longevity of my unit. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and level of service from this company.

Amazing turn-around time and great service. A/C was out and temperatures were extreme. Shaun came out within a couple of hours of our call and got us up and running. I highly recommend Sudden Service for your HVAC needs.

My AC went out over the weekend. I called and left a message on the emergency line and received a returned call the same day. They sent a tech out to service my AC, he came right away, even called me to walk me through some things. Shaun was professional, very knowledgeable, worked quickly and resolved my issue. He went above and beyond! I will continue to use there services in the future. I've also referred a friend of mine, she also got the same customer experience as I did. All around great company with knowledgeable workers!
