Very good company with excellent customer service. Came out to my house multiple times to fix a few wiring issues that were a pain to diagnose. They fixed everything and all works well now.

As always Shirley Air had a technician at our home at the beginning of the window that they had set. The young man that showed up was very professional and courteous. It was quite apparent that he knew what he was doing. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair it within45 minutes. We have been using them for 7 or 8 years now and have never been disappointed.

Cory was very professional and took care of our service request in a timely manner.

I had Shirley Air take a look at my ‘sick’ AC. They arrived on time provided great advice and didn’t charge for the call or the estimate on the new system. According to the technician, they focus on delivering great service to the Mid-cities. That was indeed my experience! Give them a call.

From the first conversation with Nathan, followup call from Susan & service call with John, they have exceeded our expectations: friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, & professional in all aspects of our interactions. My ac unit had been out for a couple of years. I called a known company in the dfw area and they told me 9000 dollars!!!! I called Mr Shirley and he said he could beat that. He sent someone out to give me an estimate and it was a third of what the other place gave me. The replaced my complete system for 3500 dollars!!!! It was such a relief and a blessing that I found Shirley air!!!!!

This company is incredible. I moved into an old 1925 house and got their maintance contract, and they have kept my old AC running. They also replaced all my ducts from a racoon getting in my attic. Their techs are very knowledgeable. I am so blown away that I called shortly after their closing and Darren came out and checked my AC as I noticed the temp went up inside and he was so nice to stop by and check everything for me. I have never seen an AC service work this way and wanted to leave a review as they go above and beyond the call of duty. Prices are very reasonable and i feel they are truly taking care of me.

About a year ago I had a flood from a second story attic a/c unit. Shirley diagnosed the issues, cleaned the unit and got it operational at NO CHARGE on the promise that I would replace the units after the repair work to my home was completed. Fast forward 10 months and I replaced the unit after the other work was completed. Was given very fair price, unbelievable service and am totally satisfied that I made the right choice. This is a company that truly cares about their customers! you cant go wrong selecting Shirley Air for any A/C repair or replacement!

I have used Shirley Air a few times and each time they do a great job. They are friendly and professional. They never tried to upsell me on services I didn't need. They also provided me with tips to help increase reliability for my A/C unit. I will only use Shirley Air going forward.

Hello I am Frank and the maintenance man at Living Word Church. I contacted this company for a estimate to replace a heating and AC unit. The Staff were very professional. The owner himself came to our church did the evaluation and estimate. He was truthful and straight forward , to the point while presenting clear understanding to solve our problem. Judging by his character I would have no problem recommending this company for service to anyone. The estimate was very close to another we had received. Quarterly maintenance has worked really well for us. The person doing the service call is very polite and friendly. Completes the tasks and is on his way with no disruptions to our business

I purchased an AC unit when mine went down a few years back. I had some issues with the unit from the time it was installed. It started off as a faulty part the owner kept in contact with me and fixed it over the next 2 years I had them come to my house multiple times to fix issues that arose with the unit I finally had enough went with another company thinking maybe the unit wasn’t the issue the unit is less then four years old I have had to pay to have people to come out and fix it multiple times including having to have the outside part of the unit rewired after it burned a hole in the metal box they installed (when I called I was told it either works or it doesn’t) I referred people to them because of the initial interactions I had and understanding that sometimes things happen however now looking back I wouldn’t purchase anything from them and recommend that no one else does either

As always, I am more than happy with my experience today. My air conditioner wasn’t cooling my home and within 6 hour window I had a technician at my house. Very friendly guy with lots of experience and knowledge. I recommend this company for all of your needs. They are even going to service my company and help on a new build!
