Jaymes came out from AC Lady to check on one of my units that tripped a breaker. He was extremely personable and quickly identified 2 issue with the unit. He repaired those issues and while I was talking to him about previous problems I had with it, he identified a third problem, which has been the source of a refrigerant leak for over 4 years. Not kidding, we have had companies out every year for 4 years to recharge our refrigerant, and none of them found the cause. He then went above and beyond to help blow out a clogged drain line in addition to the service I ordered. I am very impressed with the service, and the price was very fair. AC Lady treats its customers right.

Daniel came to my house today for a second opinion after I was told I needed a UV light $3500 and duct cleaning for an additional $3000 by a “reputable company” on a 5 year old system. Daniel did a complete recheck of my system and found no issues. I cannot speak highly enough of Daniel and the staff at AC Lady. Beware of these “reputable companies” they have started hiring tech/sales people who try to up sale things you don’t need. I will be using AC Lady only going forward.

Our A/C went out a few weeks ago and it happened to be one of the hottest weeks in TX. I asked for recommendations from my neighbors and friends and multiple people referred The AC Lady. So, I gave her a call and she immediately got back to me and had someone out to our house to take a look and help. While they couldn't do anything that day to fix our problem, they were very thorough and so nice. We ended up needing a new A/C and while there were some snags with their financing people initially, we got our new A/C within a few days. The installers were efficient and not only that, but she had a technician come out after the install to do quality control. This company is Top Notch!! I will now be that neighbor or friend recommending this company to anyone who needs A/C repair or replacement!!

Peggy and her team do a great job! My parents had a whole system change out done, and the price was fair, the work was quick and the system works great! They even followed up to make sure it all was still working ! When my house had an AC issue, Peggy's team was quick to come and accurately assess the situation. The problem was identified and quickly fixed! Peggy's team did a great job both times! I highly recommend!

I just think that prices and fees needs to be more clearer when speaking to representative by phone on service fees based on agreed to have service done and how the 75.00 is part of your service!!
