Excellent experience with Shirley Air! I have used Shirley Air for many years and have always had excellent service and never felt like I was being misled in order to get a sale. They always respond quickly and the service is always wonderful. Had a new complete system installed today and Angel and the other gentleman who were here doing it were wonderful. Very respectful and courteous of my home and did a wonderful job.

If you're looking for an honest, reliable and quick AC company, I would highly recommend Shirley Air. Nathan was on time and called ahead to let me know he was near. The owner of the company even came to help out. Things were fixed within a few hours and they even stayed past their closing time. VERY reasonable as well. They will be my "go to" AC company in the future.

I have had really bad experiences with other companies, so I researched extensively and found Shirley Air. The reviews were so great, I thought I’d give them a try. I am so glad I did. Marcus really put me at ease. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me tips for taking care of my AC. He didn’t try to upsell me, and he very well could have. I will definitely use Shirley Air for my AC and heater needs. I recommend you do so as well.

Shirley Air sent someone out to diagnose our issue and start repair late in the day due to the nature of our problem. Then sent out another guy a couple of days later to finish the repair. They were thorough, punctual, and very polite and courteous. Greg was nice to talk to and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why. I will happily use Shirley Air for any future repairs or maintenance.

My issue was not an emergency, but rather a “I don’t think our AC is running properly.” When I called, they were very courteous and professional. We made an appointment for two days later, technician was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. Our AC was fixed/repaired for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this company.

I called Shirley Air and the owner answered the phone at 10 p.m. on a day that was 104°. He was so gracious and helpful. Thank God I have a window unit that I was able to use for the night. By 3 p.m. the next day (less than 24 hrs later) the technician arrived at my house and got my A/C fixed and running. Shirley Air is a top notch company with top notch employees. They will be who I call on from now on. Darren and Chris are top-notch gentlemen.

I had an appointment scheduled this morning with Shirley Air to perform a PM on my A/C system at my house between 8-10. The technician, Tyrell, was out front at 7:45 waiting until 8 to come to my door. I've NEVER had a service guy show up BEFORE the appointment time. Other companies might show up at the last minute of the window. Tyrell was very friendly and respectful. He showed great knowledge and I was very comfortable with him and his work. Tyrell is a bright young man and I expect him to go far in his career. He is a true asset to the Shirly Air team. I just cannot say enough positive things about this company.

Very highly satisfied with Shirley Air. After numerous calls to numerous companies with either a no show or no response, someone recommended we call Shirley Air. Their customer service representative was very professional and put us in touch with dispatch right away. They scheduled our maintenance call and worked us in to the schedule the same week. Marcus showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. Two years later, we are still using Shirley Air and appreciate the excellent customer service we have continued to receive.

Chris and the crew at Shirley Air have been servicing my A/C units at both business and at home. They installed a new unit 2 years ago in one business. Every time I need service they are there either the same day or ASAP the next day. Excellent job on the duct cleaning at home.

Stratan was our technician and was extremely thorough. Finding things previously inspected and ignored by a national known HVAC installer. Among them the prior inspector had set the fresh air intake to dry climate (in 105 heat indexes Dallas).
So many things had been overlooked and now corrected by Shirley Air team.👍
