Very responsive, reliable, and overall great company. We had them install air conditioning in our garage and replace our duct work, and we use use them for our semi annual cleanings and tune ups. Would definitely recommend Complete Cool Air for anyone in the area who’s looking for a heating and AC company!

Complete Cook Air is a company that is friendly, competent and conscientious. They replaced one of my units, cleared drains and changed blown capacitor on another unit. I am very pleased with the new unit and the follow up as promised. These are keepers!

I called early this morning at 7am. I was having issues with my AC not reaching the desired temperature. Complete Cool Air was able to have Don come out and help me by 10:15a and he was able to diagnose my issue AND get it cooling down again and left all BEFORE 11a.
Don was very informative and communicative. Prices are very reasonable. Would recommend this Company.

Complete cool air has always been my go to AC company. I’ve used the owner Paul since he started the company and will continue to use him as he hires people who are equally wanting to help people. He treats his employees well which shows in their work as the pass on that kindness to the customer.

They send Don to do a check up on the AC unit, in less than a minute he said compressor is out all the system needs to be replaced, $10,000 and he will work with us, felt something funny in my stomach, he charged me $88 for the check up. I called another company the guy told me is a shortage in a small slender, replaced charge me $65 . Everything is working perfectly. I don’t recommend this company

Air conditioner out in July???? Oh no. here comes a big, over-priced bill. Not so with Complete Cool. They were on-time, and very supportive. Don was my Service person. He went right to work, walked me through all my issues and put together the best possible solution for me. I highly recommend them. Most happy with and appreciative of Don and Complete Cool Air.

New review. Complete Cool Air (Don) has been my main man for some ten plus years. He has nursed, coddled, cajoled, and helped my A/C along and kept me up-to-date on the longevity of my system. Two years ago, he said to budget a replacement for 2024. Well, we made it to Spring of 2025. I trusted Dons judgement and didn't even think about a second opinion. The new system is amazing and efficient. Where my bills were $250-$300 in the summer, I am totally comfortable with the same settings as with the old system but my bill hasn't hit $150 yet. Total and complete confidence in Complete Cool Air. Honest, fair, reliable and reasonable. FIVE STARS AREN'T ENOUGH.

Leaving a one star review for after service care punctuality. The AC still leaks 6 MONTHS LATER and despite multiple efforts to have them come look at they have missed multiple appointments.

Had a new unit installed. The workmen were late a few times but that is natural.

Shortly after installation it was leaking when it rained. They came out and said it was the roof.

The roof people came out, said it was the AC.

We tried to schedule a time with Paul so our AC people and roofing people can meet up at the same time, they didn't show.

We ask them to come by and service the AC vent, we have to beg them every time.

We will not be using them again.

Complete Cool Air did fantastic job replacing our AC unit. Highly recommend their services for anyone in need of reliable HVAC work!

They did my bi-annual check up ... came on when they said, told me what I needed to know and left within a great timeframe.

Complete Cool Air did a good job on my AC repair. I met the owner at the gym years ago. They fixed my old system and later replaced that system with a new one at a fair price. Good people doing good work.

The guys spent a whole day in very hot weather to get the install completed. They did a great job. My house stays very cool. I highly recommend them

Paul and his Team at Complete Cool Air are top notch!! We have nothing but positive and professional experiences with them. We had an older system previously that they repaired on a couple separate occasions. Hindsight we should have replaced our unit earlier on, but we never felt pressured by them to replace it any sooner than we felt financially comfortable. We recently worked with them and had them replace our entire AC system, and look forward to continuing our engagement with them for any AC or heating needs going forward.

I have had nothing but extremely impressive service. So much so, I will not let any other company touch my entire hvac system. Emergency call for the compressor stopping on my AC unit - hot Texas afternoon - Don managed to stop by in under an hour and had it running again in 30 minutes. When the other companies said they couldn’t get to me until tomorrow or the next day Complete Cool Air saved my evening! Please consider using this amazing company.

I had an excellent experience with this company. They put a complete indoor and outdoor system in last summer. Our outdoor unit was leaking and was too out of date to be fixed. Don came out promptly and did a thorough inspection on the weekend and gave a very reasonable estimate on a high quality American Standard unit. Another company's estimate was several thousand dollars more. I had a few questions later which Paul answered on Sunday with total clarity. Alex, Billie and Hayden came that Monday morning and installed the outdoor unit, furnace and coil and finished that day in the heat of the summer. Billie took the time to explain everything they did and answered any questions. They were all very polite and professional. The work was very well done and they communicated through texts when they were on their way and when they were done. This is an outstanding company with well trained employees. Will not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
