I highly recommend Brian! This was the first time that I felt like a person and not a dollar sign to a company. He was thorough in cleaning my ducts and crawl spaces and even called me to ask if he could apply extra enzymes in some problem areas, AT NO CHARGE!! Because he takes pride in what he does and the respect and communication, I will forever be a client!

Brian was so great to work with! He was professional, on time, and communicated really well. My carpets were very clean and he cleared out all the ducts to the point where I didn’t have any more allergic reactions to the cat hair from our last tenant! Really appreciated his thorough work. :-)

Brian is THE GUY to use to clean your carpets, tile, and air ducts. He is up front with his pricing and there are NO add-ons to the price he quotes you, unlike other cleaners. His price includes all the "extras" so there is no sticker shock after the fact. We've had him out twice now and both times received excellent service. He is great at communication, punctual with his appointments, and very thorough.

He cleaned and sanitized our air ducts earlier this year and his price was much more reasonable than other companies and it was money very well spent. The air quality in our house has improved immensely. We had a lot of allergy issues prior to the ducts being cleaned and they are all gone now!

He cleaned a couple of main areas of carpet and the tile in our kitchen when he came to clean the air ducts. He did such an amazing job that we had him come back 6 months later to clean the rest of our carpet after we had some interior work done in our house. He discussed the proper types of cleaners to use on carpets and tile and educated us on what NOT to use on them and WHY.

I truly appreciate when I come across someone who is honest, has integrity, has a passion for what they do, and then follows through with amazing work..... and Brian is ALL of those things!

Hired B Clean to clean my air ducts post construction and pre baby. I was very cautious and had a million questions about the process and solutions used and Brian was able to answer them all. He removed 2 huge bags of debris and a rats nest that I had no idea about! So grateful for the service I didn’t even know I needed!

Brian did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond what was originally discussed. He didn't charge me a single penny for all the extra work. He was prompt, respectful and professional. My air ducts haven't been cleaned in years but that was no problem for Brian. I will never use anyone else to clean my ducts and I will tell all my friends and family.

I highly recommend this company. Brian gave me a quote over the phone for dryer vent, HVAC ducts and carpet cleaning which was well below the competition. He was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. He showed up at the house at exactly the time we agreed to. He told me that he would send photos during the work and he did. The job ended up being a little more intensive than he originally thought it would be and he did the extra work without up charge. He said he never up charges and he’s true to his word. I will definitely use him again as his work was top notch and he is a straight shooter, doing exactly what he promises. Just bought a new home. Called this company to come clean the ducts. So glad I did. First call I made, owner answered and in a few short minutes, we booked an appointment for same week. The amount of material he removed from this old house was record setting apparently. Took almost four hours, very thorough. He also cleaned our dryer vent. If you have never had your ducts cleaned, RUN to this company to help and don't think twice. Price was excellent, service was excellent, company is excellent. Support local!! Added bonus, he referred me to an attic insulation specialist. Even called her for me and had her contact me because he knew we were busy. A++ service - so grateful!

Brian was awesome! I had no idea how bad our air ducts were. We have been in the house 6 years, and it was way past time to get this done. They charged me over $200 to come out and fix the pilot light going out constantly on my hot water heater. Told me it was fixed just to have it go out a couple of days after they left. I would avoid using their service.

Edit: When I initially called I wanted someone to come out and clean the water heater. They didn’t even do that. All that was done was lighting the pilot light. Again I was charged over $200 just for someone to light a pilot light that went out just a few days later. I was also charged an addition $50 so they could pick up a part they didn’t even use on my water heater. Don’t be deceived by their high user rating. They will try and bleed you of every dollar they can, and will do the least amount of work possible just so they can double dip and come back later when the problem they were supposed to fix the first time is still broken.

I should address the reason I didn’t have the plumber replace the part was because he was making it very clear by his actions that he was going to rush the job so he could get out as soon as he was able. I was not going to trust him to do a good job and handle my property with the care I would wish.

I have used Henry's for a while and most recently for electrical service as well as HVAC. I would say that they do a fantastic, honest job for a fair and honest price. Henry stands by his work and that gives me the utmost confidence in utilizing his services. Most definitely reccommend his services.

Your service has always been excellent, but I looked online for Freon R22 and where you charged me $495 for 2 pounds of freon, I found a 25 lb cannister for $449 and 5 pounds for $227. I honestly feel taken advantage of in that area. Next year, I will shop around for the Freon.

High quality service. Technicians were more than willing to answer any questions I had through the process. Gave me my options and fixed what was needed at a very reasonable price. Kind, thoughtful voice and response on the other end of the phone when communicating. Can not recommend Henry’s enough. We would definitely call them again if needed in the future.
