Henry’s Service All responded quickly to our problem about our water heater and was able to fix for a reasonable price the same day. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our problem and how best to solve it. Would use their business again and would recommend to others.

Henry's replaced our HVAC system quickly, efficiently and reasonably after we had already wasted money on another company who never got the job done. I wish we had known about Henry's to begin with. Since then we've also had Henry's service and repair a malfunctioning RO water filtration system; again quick, professional service at a reasonable cost. Henry's Service-All should be your first pick for plumbing, electrical and HVAC service.

Henry’s was very competitive in price and easy to work with. The work was acceptable and finished within the time requirements. They seemed very honest and trusting. I have no problem recommending them for electrical work.

Absolutely Outstanding Service!! Matt replaced our old failing hot water heater with a new Navien Tankless Water Heater and we're thrilled with the new unit. Matt did an awesome job and explained the entire process from start to finish.. We will definitely be using Henry's Service All in the future!

Henry's Service All are truly the best folks I have ever dealt with for plumbing, electrical and AC. They even do more, but that is where they have helped me, my close friends, neighbors, and widow gals.
They are honest to the core, up front with real issues, do not take advantages of anyone, trustworthy, and work to help in anyway with potential budget issues. Everything they have ever touched has lasted longer, and they have told me what to do to maintain things.
I am not being paid to say this, but I sound like an ad. They have taken care of me for almost 16 years and they are the ONLY ones that I trust. Everyone who I have recommended them to has also said the same thing.
A close friend of mine was going to sell her house and another company said that she needed to replace some large expensive components to her AC. I recommended her to get a second opinion, and Henry himself went into her attic, found a minor problem, and saved her from being taken to the cleaners.

Been using Henry's for many years. Always honest, always dependable. They just installed a new blower motor this morning that failed overnight. Super quick response and DeQuan was an awesome service tech! Trust Henry's!

Henry's Service All has done several things on my "Honey-Do" list over the years. They are always efficient, expert, and fairly priced. Wonderful people that clean up after their work.

The last job they did was replacing the can-ceiling lights (9) in the front living room with LED lights. They are beautiful.

Henry's Service All took care of our strange situation, where our breakers kept blowing to the HVAC unit. They had to come out twice and fit us in a really busy schedule for them, which we greatly appreciated! It was a really cold week, and we needed the heat on!

Great job by Henry's Service All! I have two older a/c units which needed Freon and cleanout of overflow pipes in both bathrooms which required 2 visits since additional parts were required. I had Henry himself for the first visit and was impressed how thorough he was. Not a word was mentioned to replace my current units - just worked hard to get them working optimum again. Tran took care of the 2nd visit and he also did an excellent job. Courteous and professional. I will definitely call Henry's for future service needs. Thanks for the great service!

This business is DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you’re worried about getting ripped off please avoid this place. They claim “one call does it all” but that was far from the truth. I wholeheartedly hope that they don’t attempt to SCAM anyone else. Awful customer service and their pricing was not transparent whatsoever.

Details: I was told one price and that there would be no additional charges. I confirmed this with the “CEO” Bethany prior to the last visit and made it clear I did not want to proceed if there were going to be additional charges. Of course I then was sent an invoice for an additional $200 for said visit. I tried to find out what happened and apparently the “CEO” doesn’t have the authority to determine if there would be additional charges. Bethany now suffers from memory loss related to the matter lmao. Just a scummy business from the top down.

UPDATE 4/25 - To respond to the business. No discount was offered and I never spoke to Henry. I was a repeat customer of yours and had recommended your business to friends and family. How I was treated was awful and the quality of your customer service was abysmal. Also you all were sincerely sorry, the CEO should call and apologize. Unsurprisingly she has not.

We had the great experience of working with Corbin and Dequan. Corbin called and texted before he arrived, came in and took care of my HVAC issue. They were so professional and considerate. We have cat's so they made sure to enter the home carefully. They let me know exactly what they did on the unit, gave me a recommendation and helped me to understand the issue. Both were very knowledgeable in HVAC units and the processes, which they explained to me. It was refreshing to have technicians take a little time to make sure we understood everything. I highly recommend Henry's Service All for your needs. If their staff is any reflection of the company as a whole, I have found my new service company.

Very happy that a tech was able to come on Sunday morning to get my air conditioner up and running again! It stopped cooling Saturday evening around bedtime and was tolerable overnight but with 110 in the forecast I did not want to wait until regular business hours for a fix. I left a message with the answering service and got a text not long after from Matt confirming I was scheduled for Sunday. The nice young gentleman that arrived went right to work, showed me the "poofed" capacitor that had gone bad not allowing the compressor to start up, and had it replaced in short order. He checked everything else out and had it cooling before noon with the house never climbing above 85. I have used Henry's multiple times over the years and they have always been reasonable and with quality work. I have a sevice agreement with them for the HVAC system so got a reduced labor rate for this weekend call. :)

I love these guys. I own a home and a business, and they have been doing work for me for a couple of years. Very reliable, and top notch work. I know most everyone there by name, and I feel they genuinely want to help when I need them. I was referred to them by a friend, and have since been referring Henry’s to all of my contacts. Their prices are fair also. 5 stars from me!

Matt Booth came by to fix a few electrical issues we had in the house. He fixed everything 100%, even a ceiling fan/light that we were worried might have to be replaced. He's an excellent representative for Henry's Service All. They have been on our list of best companies for many years.

We have used Henry's Service All for years now, and they continue to provide all the services we need and cannot perform ourselves. In the past, they have replaced our water heaters, fixed plumbing, replaced electrical devices, installed ceiling fans and light fixtures, and even remodeled our kitchen for us.

Now that we have moved, they helped us fix up the new place by replacing smoke alarms, repairing toilets, and fixing the garbage disposal, etc. We have many more projects on our list to do, and we'll be calling Henry's to do them.

We're so glad we have Henry's to help with the maintenance and repair projects that come up as part of home ownership. Highly recommended!

Henry has done work for us over 25 years at least. I think he is honest and does good work. His employees are always punctual and leave the work site neat and clean when they are finished. I would call Henry again tomorrow if I needed HVAC, plumbing or electrical work.

Today Matt was our technician who came out to repair our air conditioner and he was very kind and professional. Honestly, we wish we had him from the beginning! Thank you for being so thorough and making sure things were repaired, checking to make sure our home was cooling down properly before leaving. We appreciate the advice on care for the air conditioner as well as signs to look out for a freon leak. Lastly, we appreciate the fact that you charged us for the motor repair today but not for the second service call after such a negative experience yesterday with a different technician. Yesterday we were very distraught but we thank you for coming out and making sure the job was done right. We are beyond grateful to have an air conditioner that works! The next time we need help, Matt would be our go to guy!

We had a technician come out at around 3 pm and leave around 5 pm.  He said the air conditioner worked fine and that it just needed freon.  Now that he has left THE AIR DOESN'T WORK.  I have a 4 year old child and we are now going on day 3 of no air conditioning.  As you know, children cannot regulate body temperature the same that adults do. We called and requested an emergency tech 2 hours ago and have received no call call back. I called again and still nothing. Disappointed in the service and would not recommend.

Henry's has done all my 'home' jobs since I moved into my home in 2010. They always make time for an emergency and they always fix it right the first time. If you want cheap or inexpensive keep looking. Henry's charges a fair price for excellent work.

Getting your HVAC system replaced sucks. Its expensive, there are different stories about what you "need" to make it work, and everybody is trying to sell you the Cadillac version. HSA didn't do that...they came in with a couple of quotes for complete replacement - including the peripheral things that needed to be done like my attic stairs.

The price was reasonable. The service was great.

I always dread calling service companies but Henry’s was the exception. Good communication, friendly and respectful tech but most of all they fixed my problem quickly and the price was fair. I highly recommend this family company. They are on the top of my list should anything need repair.
