I’m writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding service Jimmy provided during a very difficult time in my life. After the fire in my home, Jimmy went out of his way to help my family and me through the recovery process.

He was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small, and took the time to ensure I understood every step. What stood out the most was his genuine empathy—he truly cared about what my family was going through and made sure we never felt alone in the process.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Jimmy and the team at ServiceMaster to anyone dealing with a fire or similar loss. He will not only guide you through the restoration process but will also be a supportive presence during a challenging time.

Chance and Miguel were awesome! They got here when they said ! They were very helpfull ! I ask them to take and old couch out to curb when they got there stuff loaded and they said no problem!
I have yet had a problem with all the associates I have dealt with all were friendly courteous and would do what I ask with no problem at all !

ServiceMaster did an Awesome job when we suffered a water loss not too long ago. Max, Ricky and Kim went out of their way to help my family and I and we owe them a huge Thank You. Not to mention, Keiyaun, Jameon, Marcus, Marcos A, Marcos B, Miguel B and everyone else that helped during this time.The Recon team did a great job also. Dinh, Manny, Abel, Humberto, Angel. Outstanding team!

Kyle and his team did a great job for us after the fire. They came in and packaged up what they could in the cabinets. Mostly cups, plates, bowls, and other high value items. They were quick and professional.

Chelsea Cook water clean out crew went above and beyond! She was very thorough and communication was perfect! She really is the best and made this experience way better than we expected. Hopefully we never have to go through Altus process again but if we do I will be requesting her again!
Chance in pack out was great to! He made sure to communicate with me and get everything packed out nicely.

Max De Lachica is the best!! He is extremely knowledgable when it comes to restoration and has always made it his duty to show up and explain the process to my staff and clients. He IS the Go-To-Guy! I refer him to all my clients and have not had a bad experience yet. If you every need restoration work, reach out to Max De Lachica! I promise you wont be disappointed.

Our ServiceMaster rep, Kareem, was absolutely outstanding! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough!

I had a pipe burst in my home. I contacted my insurance company and they sent out a few people who were nothing but disorganized and out to rob the insurance company.
I was not feeling either of the companies who came out. My adjuster gave me the name of this man and told me he knows his stuff and is honest.
I gave him a call and his name was Perry(like my favorite dog 😉) I felt it was a God wink!
I was not wrong. Perry was the best and most honest contractor I had worked with. He listened to me and was very respectful. He was helpful and patient. I also worked with Fran in the office, she would explain everything and go over it. They both answered all my calls and assured me everything would be great.
They were correct! My home turned out great and it was done efficiently, professionally and properly! I can’t say enough nice things about them. Being a single woman doing a larger scale renovation I have nothing but great things to say about this team. I highly recommend.

We have been so impressed with ServiceMaster Advanced and their team of professionals. On 8-19, Our air conditioner drain pan overflowed in the attic and the ceiling collapsed as a result. I contacted Allstate and they immediately sent ServiceMaster within two hours. Kareem and Javeon came to the rescue to begin the restoration and cleaning process of restoring our home back to normal. They are a great team, and very professional, efficient, productive, knowledgeable, hardworking, experienced, timely, positive attitude, and customer friendly. They came each day to test and monitor and attend to the area, listen to my concerns and answer my questions, provide support, and they kept me informed of every step of the process. They tested the area each day and assured me that the carpet, padding, wall and ceiling areas were dry. Matthew, who is also very professional, came on 8-22 to test the area again to ensure that the carpet, padding, wall and ceiling had completely dried. Wow, what a great team! I see them as an asset to your organization with great potential for management and leadership opportunities. They each represent ServiceMaster in a professional manner in setting the gold standard in the industry for customer care.

While we were on vacation my toilet was cracked and let it out all the water for about 9days. Unfortunately, my house was like swimming pool. I had to shout the toilet and called the insurance to claim. That was the time I meet SERVICE MASTER. I could not believe how professional and patient were the all time. Now, my house become again brand new due to how they started and finished all the work. I have special thank you for Nate and Adrian.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ricky Ward on the restoration of my home after my loss and he has been great. Very patient with me, understanding and easy to talk to. I appreciate all that you have done. Every time I had an issue he made sure it was fixed and that i was satisfied. Thank you Ricky for everything.

So our house was struck by lightning ⚡️ near the end of June and burned badly. We were inundated with so many restoration companies and adjusters as we’re standing there watching our house burn. We didn’t choose any of those ambulance chasers.

Instead we were recommended to Service Masters and we have had zero regrets. Max Kuntz and his team Marta, Mirna, Erika, Alicia and a handful of others took great care of what could be salvaged and cleaned. We had no idea how to proceed next. They explained the process so well and put our minds to ease. They will be storing all that could be pulled out of the house until it is time to move back in a year from now. Glad they are along for the journey. A great decision.

Mirna, Dinora and Monica were all outstanding in their unpacking our many boxes in our newly restored house!
They were very careful and put our things back where they were originally boxed for storage for many weeks.

Had a really negative experience with American Water Damage when my house flooded and Service master came to the rescue when I really needed them. They communicated with me, and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely use them again!

Kareem,Keiynaun, Daniel and David, were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Kareem explained the complete the project in a highly detailed fashion to ensure I understood the entire scope of the project. Kudos to the entire crew for a job well done.

The team did an excellent job of boxing everything up, my son room was a mess, even with his prepping. All equipment, furniture and clothing was packed, written down and labeled, ready for pickup.
