Had some serious wifi internet problems of system crashes and forced reboots. I had my internet provider out multiple times, they changed the equipment, checked my wiring all the way to the street but nothing would prevent constant outages. I called Multimedia Solutions and their tech (Joe) who was very competent spent two hours at my home debugging a complex issue and also contacted additional outsourced technical support to validate his troubleshooting. In the end things seem to be working well, I have service and more coverage than before. Much appreciated, so far so good!

We got great service with Multimedia Solutions, they arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and clearly laid out our options for upgrading our current system. When it was time to install, they arrived on time, performed the installation, cleaned up and explained use of the new system in a short amount of time! Excellent service! Will use again if needed!

This is an interesting review to write. We built a new house and Multimedia Solutions did the original network wiring. This initial design left me fairly disappointed and, as such, I had a rather negative view of the company. Having built other houses in the past, I expected them to hide behind the builder and nothing to get resolved. Instead, they have exceeded every expectation and worked to resolve every complaint. This company has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced which seems nonexistent at most companies. I am incredibly appreciative of the owner for caring about his customers when quite honestly it would have been easy to ignore.
The technicians that performed the work were friendly and professional and all of the work was done to a high standard (even the initial work that left me disappointed was done well…it just wasn’t what I wanted). Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Multimedia Solutions.

I wanted to share a great experience we had with Multimedia. My 80 year old parents just moved into a house and the security system kept going off and they did not know how to work it. I called and they had a technician out the next day as well as showing up early for the appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable about the security system that was pre-existing and he was able to trouble shoot and replace the parts needed for the system to work properly.

John and his entire team down to the technicians are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would refer them to anyone I know who is looking for home automation, security or any other products they offer.

They did networking, cameras, security system, and speakers/TVs with a great experience all around from sales to install to coming back out to walk us thru everything. Great communication and easy to work with, can't recommend enough.
