We had Multimedia Solutions install a Control4 home media system for audio, lighting, thermostats, and TV. The quoting process was professional and transparent, with clear paperwork.
Every team member we worked with was knowledgeable and service-oriented. Mike and Chance were expert installation professionals, who taught us so much. And, even after hours, Mike and Benny responded quickly to our questions. In addition, Wade, their Service Manager, checked in before, during, and after our installation to ensure everything went smoothly. Excellent service all around!

Wonderful experience with Multimedia Solutions! Our camera system (about 5 years old) recently lost connectivity and we were unable to view on the app or computer. Mike (a technician) came out and got the whole system reconnected and working in about an hour. He was so courteous and professional. In addition, we had excellent communication with the company (Robert) who was helping us troubleshoot beforehand by e-mail. I am 100% satisfied.... thank you!

Multimedia Solutions did an excellent job installing our WiFi network and security cameras. Wade designed the system to fit our needs perfectly, and Loyd and Benny handled the installation with great professionalism and attention to detail. The upgrade has been a huge improvement to our WiFi network, and everything is running smoothly. Highly recommend them for their expertise and outstanding service!

Benny and Reed did a great job installing our Sonos system! They were on time, made sure everything was working correctly and even followed up the next day to make sure all was well and that we didn't have any additional questions. Would definitely recommend Multimedia Solutions!!
