I called Collins Air to do maintenance on my two ac units. I am so use to repair men checking the Freon levels and that’s it. Collins came in- cleaned my ac units- made sure they were free of debris, they changed the padding that was around the cords and and then checked my Freon levels. They went above and beyond. Mr. Otis communicated to me about the health of my units and informed about some minor repairs that was needed. The customer service was excellent and the price for the maintenance was fair.
