Jorge Salazar and his team were great! Our system was very old and they came in and changed our entire system within 5 hours. No more 85+ degrees at my home! Other companies were quoting way more - great service and quality for a much better price. Definitely recommending!

My mom used this company last year and hasn't had any issues so I gave them a try. Reached out on Monday, Susana stopped by the same day. Looked at my current system. Gave me a quote. Installed by Saturday (could have installed as early as Thursday, day after new years) before the cold front came in! Didn't realize how bad my old system was until we had this new one installed. Installers showed up around 9am. Done by 2pm. Cleaned up after themselves. Took care of condensate issues the previous home owner and had left us with. I'm recommending Air Rey to any friends and fam who need the service. Also, my mom ended up getting $500 for referring me as well!

Jorge did a great job, went the extra mile, and was friendly and efficient. He took pictures of all my equipment so I could tell the age. Very pleased in every way!!

They installed our units back in 2019 when we remolded the house and I've been using them ever since. George is always easy to work with when you call to schedule and all the technicians we've had are great!

Jorge Salazar and the team were great. Needed someone to come out and diagnose the unit during the weekend. He was honest and provided much needed suggestions. Complete air unit was replaced the next day. They were super clean and verified work by taking plenty of photos of before and after. Will definitely recommend to others.

Jorge Salazar was great. I had 4 estimates and he blew all out of the water with his. He was very professional, friendly and honest. The crew that came out was great. In and out in 4 1/2 hours. Not bad for installing a outside and inside unit. They cleaned up there mess. Cannot say enough about them.

Jr Palma did not follow through with the service he said he was going to do at our home. When he pitched the cost of our new AC unit replacement at our home, he also claimed he was going to give my dad air duct cleaning along with other services and that was far from the truth. It seemed like he only said whatever was needed to get the green light from us and then at the end pull a fast one and not stay true to his words. I would be hesitant doing business with them

This company has a very poor warranty policy. I purchased equipment less than two and a half years ago and added several new ducts. A technician was never in my house and didn't notice the copper pipes were leaking, intending to hire them later to replace them. I called to have them come check the system, and they were supposedly charging me $390 to repair the leak. Now they're charging me $890 to replace them because supposedly the other way is more difficult and would be more expensive. Be very careful when negotiating.

Jorge Salazar was the representative who worked with me. I highly recommend him based on the courteous and competent service he provided. Kept their word on time schedule. The crew was great. Inspected to see that everything was working and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. GREAT job guys!

I shopped for the best deal and value for the AC unit we wanted. I made an appointment with Sales Rep. Yunior Palma and not only was he on time, but extremely professional and courteous providing expert review of what we needed. We’re so happy to chosen to work with El Rey Air! We got a great beautiful unit, great friendly service and an excellent price! There was a huge difference in price between El Rey and a popular AC company with constant TV commercials who wanted to dump on us the old refrigerant even though it’s against the law to work with that old product. Yunior, explained what we needed and one straight price which we accepted without any negotiations. We so happy with our quieter and efficient new AC unit!!

They have great customer service. Hugo is the bomb and really knows how to pinpoint trouble area and takes care of it asap. I wish every one had his knowledge!

Installed two units for in my new house (I am the builder) I had never used them before. One unit had a leak. They came and "fixed it" but could not make it out for 2 weeks for warranty work but could make it out in a day with non warranty work. Then 12 months later same unit... down 10 pounds of freon again. ( next summer) Said that unit was not under warranty and the work they did "fixing it" only had a 3 month warranty. Watch out for these guys. They will try to put a few pounds of freon in your unit, and want wait for 3 month so labor warranty runs out. If you have a small leak you will make it through the summer but be in the same place next summer. Not trust worthy.

The team was fast and helped me out of a bind. I had guests coming and the AC was broken but Air Rey saved the day!

The installation was great. Several years later I started detecting rust around vents upstairs and called Air Rey to ask for advice. They sent a guy to check it out and charged me $99. He said I needed some more insulation around the ducts and would have someone call me.

It is now two weeks later and I have heard nothing but they were eager to process my $99 payment.

Why didn’t they tell me I needed new insulation when they did the install?

Why am I charged $99 just to provide a bid for more work? Disappointing!
