Bro the quality of service from this company is outstanding professional and responsive on point they install new HVAC system in the house and the quality of the work is excellent. had their services done recently back in march of this year and with in the first week it began to leak freon. it seems like an issue everyone here is having as well, they send out a service man to add more freon and within a few weeks the whole unit shuts down because of the leak. it would be fine if it was maybe a twice in a year thing right, nope this was in the same month. every time we communicate with this company theres no real care for their customers, we're all just money to them is what it feels like. it also took them over 2 months for them to finally give us an update on out unit. if your a/c ever breaks in the houston or just in texas do yourself a favor and do not hire this company. while speaking to other people who have hired their services and past employees we all came to the conclusion that this company is not to be trusted. total scam!

I would also like to add the responses by the owner are automated messages and their email they tag does not exist!

If you need any kind of AC services, Air Rey is who to contact. We had to replace our AC units and Susana came the next day we called. She was very helpful in explaining the equipment needed and getting the total cost financed. The next day we had our new AC units installed by Luis De Lira and he was very professional, left everything clean, and finished the same day. Don’t hesitate and call Susana today. She is very professional, knowledgeable in all the AC topics, and will get all your AC needs met.

We had Air Rey come out and install an entire new system, condenser, coil and furnace. Super punctual, great turnaround, great service and professionalism. I had had 4 companies quote me and Air Rey was very competitively priced but offered better brands than competitors! Also offered 0% financing which was a huge factor also in the decision making.
Frederico was great throughout the entire process and I am very happy we trusted them with this project!

Our AC went out during peak summer and I called Air Rey and Jorge Salazar answered. He was able to come and do a diagnostic within a couple of hours of me calling. His service was fast and he was not pushy at all. We ended up going with them based on Jorge’s knowledge on HVAC and customer service. The next day the workers came in and installed our new system. I highly recommend their services.

I had an old A/C unit that broke and Frank Moreno from Air Rey did an amazing job getting me a great deal on a new A/C unit. He was very professional and made sure everything was installed and working great. They did everything in a timely manner. I definitely recommend Air Rey! We contacted this company to install a new a/c system and we were promised the installment of new equipment and a new no-issue ac unit. However, we’ve had several issues since its installment two years ago, having to go as far as to have them come in and check the issues. This includes having our thermostat turn off during the hottest days, other times it increases the temperature by itself if we have several guests in our home, essentially making our house extremely hot. We had to contact them to fix this issue four times during our warranty which was free but once our two year warranty expired, we had to pay for the appointment plus another amount for the service, which is honestly a lot for a service that should have worked the first time. My family and I are just so disappointed after spending hundreds on this company especially as we are still experiencing these issues.

Called air rey Daniel Alvarado came out gave us an estimate for a complete system even including ducts vent grilles they did not change out the complete system a lil while later a/c system stops working they come out and say they left the system low on freon they charge it back up then again a lil while later same issue come out a total of 3 time to recharge system obviously there is a leak they left somewhere in the system and now they will not fix or return my calls I've called repeatedly and all I get is someone will call you back been over 2 months and still can not get anyone to return or fix my a/c system very poor customer service and poor service all together will not recommend to anyone they are scammers i paid over $9,000 for this service that has never worked properly

I had the pleasure of working with Jorge Salazar. I contacted him for a HVAC estimate and in the same day he was able to come out and complete the task. His job was done, efficiently above and beyond and timely. He was fully transparent and communicated clear and concisely- very personable as well as professional. I will continue to use him moving forward in my business, considering the exceptional customer service I received.

After only a couple years of having a unit replaced by this company for nearly 10 grand we are already seeing issues. Having called them to fix it they insisted they don't have the parts necessary for repair right now, meaning I will have to be stuck in the heat until they get it. Unacceptable given the money I paid and the short time it's been in service. Customer service kept trying to redirect me to the manufacturer, as if having parts on standby shouldn't be expected of a professional company. Unacceptable service.

I don’t recommend this company is less than 2 years the air was not working and also they promise you 10 years of warranty wich in reality they don’t cover nothing however my air was not working they charged me 600 bucks just to tell me the air was not working and they didn’t do nothing on my house now they want to charge me 1,000 plus to fix it and I have less than 10 years they promised me that I was under warranty for 10 yrs when my service was installed but that’s just lies
. Before buying stuff make sure they tell you the truth with proof handy and make sure the units they install are new not used.

Jorge Salazar (@ Air Rey) is wonderful! I called him after hours bc I was trying to install a new thermostat and ended up blowing a fuse (Of course, I did not know that that’s what I had done!)… He came at noon the very next day, Figured out what the problem was, replaced the fuse, and got my new thermostat installed correctly. And he’s extremely nice! He even texted me later in the day to tell me he will help me if I have a hard time setting up my smart thermostat (I was out of town when he came… Had a friend meet him at my house… So couldn’t do that when he was there.)
Air Rey Is the company that installed our new HVAC unit several months ago when we renovated our house. Highly recommend them!

Honest good company. We had our 20 year old unit go out in our Fort Worth home and received quotes from several companies on replacement. I had a family member use Air Rey years ago and hadn’t had any issues. For me, Air Rey had the price for a 5 ton unit while providing the best warranty. Jorge was knowledgeable and I feel did a most thorough check of the existing conditions when comparing to the other companies that I had heard about. Installers were punctual, professional, and clean.
