Not only did they resolve the immediate problem, but they also inspected and serviced both of our AC units. Everything is now running like brand new. Their professionalism, efficiency, and reliability were outstanding. I’m extremely impressed with their work and highly recommend their services.

I reached out to Mr Roy he was a referral from a buddy. I was quoted 30k by a friend to replace my whole ac system and he said I needed to replace the whole thing. Mr Roy sent his guy Max out and max was super professional, thoroughly inspected my whole ac setup from wiring to the Freon levels. After the inspection the 30k that was quoted by my buddy turned into a 500$ fix saving me a whopping 29500$ not only did they save me money they drove all the way to Tyler Texas to service my house. Called No Sweat to see what was making a rattling noise in my heater. Devon came out and found the issue right away. He got us an estimate on the spot, we approved, so he got the part ordered. Scheduled install for the following day but ended up finishing another job early, so he called us and came back for the install same day. Very friendly service, impressive speed. He accessed the vent through the attic, removed the screen, and thoroughly cleared everything out — something that hadn’t been done previously.

We had an opportunity to see No Sweat in a service role as well as installers of our new Lennox system. Every team that Roy sent, were courteous and considerate as well as 100% professional. Daniel was very conscientious when he came to give me a second opinion on my HVAC concern. After determining the problem he immediately thought to see if my warranty was still in effect which would cover the defective part. Before leaving he asked if I had any other issues since he does electrical work as well. I showed him my workshop where I had removed fluorescent shop lights and wanted 12 LED shop lights installed and was told that they could do such an installation. I then mentioned after having my Blink doorbell recently installed I could not get it to work. He took the time and figured out what was needed to make it operational and had it working in no time at all. He really came through for me!

After dealing with Reliant coming to our house three different times and still not fixing our HVAC, we were beyond frustrated. They tried to tell us we needed to pay $2k for a coil cleaning, even though we had already gotten a second opinion that the real issue was a broken blower motor that should be covered under warranty. Once we pushed back, we couldn’t even get them to call us back.

Misty in the office was incredibly helpful—she confirmed our parts warranty right away and had Daniel out to our house within TWO hours.
