Talked directly to the owner which is nice, quick response both in coming on location as well as helping me troubleshoot a simple problem over the phone. Will use for any problem I might run into in the future as well as normal services and inspections.

Very prompt and attentive service. The technician explained what the problem was and should it persist what, what the next steps could or should be. As an IT person and knowing what my customers appreciate about not knowing, that was greatly appreciated!! I would definitely recommend them hands down!!

This contractor came out for a maintenance request through Tricon American Homes. They are definitely the best contractor that Tricon has ever sent me. On time and ready to do the work. Plus they got an entirely new AC system in on Friday after calling it in Thursday. I sure was thankful to not go a weekend without!!!

I saw them across the street and asked the worker about a second opinion on ours. He had me call the office and they sent him over and he was awesome. He did whatever tests he could to diagnose the issue with our unit for and did charge me when it couldn't be fixed. Thanks you for great service

Extremely knowledgeable, honest and transparent - everything you can ask for from an HVAC company. They came out same day and fixed our thermostat issue on the coldest day of the year - will be my first and only call for HVAC from now on.

I’ve know one of the owners for over ten years. She is a delicate individual who puts her all into everything she does. She runs her business in the same way. She values her customers and will do everything she can to provide them with quality, professional service. The company may be called ugly but your experience is sure to be beautiful.

The service was smooth and professional. The tech arrived within the timeslot, introduced himself, explained what he thinks we need for our situation, didn't try to upsell us on a new system which is nice. I would definitely use them again!

I would recommend Ugly Dog Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for AC repair. I called the main number, was put on the schedule and before I could turn around a technician was knocking at my door. Russell was courteous, diagnosed the problem, offered several solutions but never tried to up sale me to something I didn't need. I will call Ugly Dog first in the future. By the way, they gave me a discount for having a dog!!!!!! AWESOME

The tech that comes to our home is knowledgeable and very kind and understanding that I don't know all that much about HVAC but tries his hardest to help me understand what the issue is (breaking it down Barney style for me) and also their customer service reps are phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help this HOT (sizzle!) lady get some much needed downstairs A/C. Ugly Dog you know what to do and set the bar extremely high for your competitors!!

I had Ugly Dog come to my house and inspect my two outdoor air conditioning units as well as the whole system inside. I just bought my house and was trying to decide if I needed a Home Warranty to cover large costs for unexpected repairs.

The technician who came out, Russell, was really professional and friendly and definitely knew a ton about HVAC. He took pictures and explained everything well to help me make an informed decision.

They didn't charge me to take a look, while their competitor in the area, Lex Air Conditioning, wanted me to pay for a "tune-up" even though they weren't doing any work.

They gave me the info I needed to make a good decision about the Home Warranty without charging me. They definitely won my future business and I'll be calling them first to get my Air Conditioning ready for the summer.

All the folks working at Ugly dog we're amazing. I needed to have my A/C unit replace and Esther, Russell, and the installers went well above and beyond what I expected. They made the whole process stress free on my end. They were very responsive and quick to answer all my questions and did a wonderful job with the installation. As a new home owner I was terrified of replacing my A/C but they made it so easy! Again, Ugly Dog exceeded my expectations both with their affordable price options and professionalism.
