We can’t say enough good things about No Sweat experts. They truly bent over backwards to help us figure out what was going on and went completely out of their way to get us taken care of. With an ice storm looming, they still managed to get everything up and running at the absolute 11th hour. We are so incredibly grateful for their responsiveness, expertise, and customer service. It’s clear this is a great family business that genuinely cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with No Sweat. I worked with Danielle to schedule, and she was kind, easy to work with, and communicated well. We had a new ac installed over the summer, and the whole operation was pretty painless and efficient. A couple weeks ago, once we needed to use our heat, we noticed our heater wasn’t working. Daniel came out to assist us, and found some wiring that needed work, and that our thermostat needed to be replaced. He communicated everything on site and walked us through everything as he was going. Now we have a new thermostat as well, and our whole system is working great! Highly recommend working with No Sweat!

I met Roy at our office twice and was skeptical about the annual HVAC maintenance program. Finally signed up. It's been two years since I use them. His technicians did the work and Didn't upsell any unnecessary services to me - I really appreciate it. Misty, Danielle are always helpful; Roy is very experienced and helpful. This company was recommended by my realtor friend, Taty Cranshaw. Everything regarding replacing a burned-out furnace was seamless from start to finish. The lady who answers the phone (sorry I didn't get her name) was super nice, and professional. That was Monday. On Tuesday Daniel to come out to do the assessment. He was also very friendly and professional. My sister had to be home for me and be the "homeowner by proxy". He he no problem communicating with me via my sister over the phone. At one point my sister said, "Daniel said you need a new furnace". He chimed in and gently corrected her with, "No, I recommend a new furnace". Honesty- nice! He was also very patient about explaining various details of my options and why he recommended new. I decided to go with new, and by Tuesday, Maxim and his crew were on site replacing the unit. Now, my sister said these guys were more "brass tacks" with her, BUT they cooed at and were very sweet to my dog, who is an excellent judge of character. (PLEASE NOTE - I forgot to warn my sister, and she didn't know to put the dog outside for a service call. Do better than me, put your dog out/away.) Anyway, they were done within the 3 hours time they quoted to me. I don't know anything about HVAC systems, but it definitely looked better than how they found it. (For reference, if you cant tell, the Trane pic is the old unit and the Goodman is the new.) The following Monday I realized I had forgotten to ask for the owner's manual and warranty info, so I called up. The lady said she would register the unit for me and email me the confirmation in a few minutes, which she did. All the while, No Sweat also worked with my home warranty company through their claims center. There was also no issue whatsoever regarding that part of the process. All in all, something I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be such an easy-breezy experience. AND I also has several people more familiar with the industry tell me the total price of parts + labor was very reasonable. At this level of service, they have a new customer for life!

I needed my air conditioning and furnace replaced. They were dependable, punctual, knowledgeable and easy to get scheduled. I use their maintenance program also.

When I was in TX for a few years, I had my A/C go out. Texas is stupid hot and I am from the humid heat of GA. The TX heat is something different though…dry and hot! I used Ugly Dog (the name reeled me in) and they were very informative on what the issue could be, quickly diagnosed my unit, and repaired it within the day! I could not be any more pleased with a company than I was with Ugly Dog and would recommend them to anyone living in the area! I hope to see them expand into other states in the future!!
