I posted an issue that I was having with my HVAC system on an HVAC forum and the owner of Ugly Dog Heating and AC was able to walk me through step by step on how to resolve my issue. Although he is located a few hours away, I will definitely seek their services in the future if needed. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

Had an emergency AC issue at one of our rental properties- called Ugly Dog and Russell came out the next day and solved the problem- system up and running efficiently again. Great service and knowledgeable staff!

I came across Ugly Dog kind of by accident and glad I did. Russell was very informative and really good at explaining everything that needed to be done. He has a lot of experience in HVAC and got my AC up and running perfectly. I will definitely call them again.

Great service. Called company and got same day service for my heat. Was very grateful. Heat went out on one of the coldest days of the year. Tech came out worked so fast and efficiently. Also had a smile on his face. Would use them again and again.

Great fast service with good advice for the ‘next project’ Will keep their card on the frig for anything HVAC, heating or plumbing issues.

Tried to call and get a tech to come out and look into my outside unit. I was advised at first that someone could come out same day to take a look, when I first called. When I called back to schedule a Tech to come I was told no availability till Tuesday and that someone in the service department would call me back. No one called me back so I had to call a 3rd time and was told same information and that they couldn't help me. Worst customer service call experience as I was told different inaccurate information. Will not be using this company.

Been working with the Right Choice a few years now for all my heating and ac needs.
Very professional, reasonably priced and always responsive and accommodating. They arrive on time and usually finish earlier than expected.
Alfredo came today to do maintenance on my 3 units. He’s so nice, very friendly, professional and thorough!! He took the time to explain and show me everything!

Jimmy took good care of me today and gave me lots of options for when I get ready for a new unit.

I made an appointment with TRC for today from 12-4pm. They not only did not show up, but they were not even going to call me to tell me this. When I called and asked what is going on. They said "oh well we're booked up today". And when I explained I am "booked" with you today. I took off a day's work and wage, to fit their schedule. Then they said "oh no, we will have our tech come out right away tonight". Then, nothing. Nobody called, and nobody showed up. I found these folks because they broke my unit while fixing the one next door. I tried to give them a chance to make good. But they are clearly incompetent, and do not care about customer service, or even communicating with their customers. I would NEVER recommend these folks to anyone. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

I had an emergency with my air conditioning unit and I called The Right Choice Heating And Air on a Wednesday night and they told me the soonest they could come out was on Saturday. Definitely not the right choice for heating and air if you have an emergency. We have been clients for years for normal services, but for emergency services find another company.

I had an excellent experience with Ryan from Right Choice. He conducted a thorough inspection of my HVAC system, addressed all necessary repairs, and explained everything clearly along the way. The work included replacing the condensate pipe, repairing the drip pan, insulating parts, and fixing wiring, all of which were completed efficiently and professionally.
Not only was the work done to the highest standards, but the communication and attention to detail were also exceptional. Ryan ensured everything was in perfect working condition before leaving and provided clear documentation, including photos, which were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend him for his outstanding service and professionalism.

Love it when the tech is more than just a tech, so this was a great visit and still stayed professional throughout the experience.

Time I met this young man.I usually deal with Ryan, but I think he moved to commercial.This guy was fast.Same lucky notes what he was doing.He was here and gone in less than twenty minutes for a maintenance call
