Air Patrol is how a company needs to be run. They are honest and caring. We had our heat go out in late November. Air Patrol had only quoted us on a new unit. We were not even their customer yet Shawn came over and fixed our heater for free (all it needed was a fuse). Another company was going to charge over $700 for a new board. Shawn said he was in the area and wanted to help us if he could. They earned our business and our new unit was installed in January and it works great.

I was very happy with my first annual check up for my HVAC. I went off reviews to find air patrol, and I am so happy I did. The technician was on time, friendly, and answered the questions I had.

A few days later, my in laws had water dripping out of their ceiling from an overflow on their hvac. I recommended air patrol, and they were there on a Sunday within an hour. Different technician this time, but he , too, took the time to answer questions and took time to describe the problem. Even though it was a Sunday, they were charged a very reasonable amount.

I continue to be amazed at the consistently great service from Air Patrol. The owner is great and they did a great 2unit install years ago. We continue to have them service our systems because we trust them in all they do. I was reminded about that today as Josiah came out and did a great job to review the system and explain what he did. Great value and professionalism. Greatly prefer them over Swan Heating and Cooling, which was going to charge us literally twice as much. Shawn was prompt, courteous, and got the job done with excellence at the time he promised. It was everything I wanted from an AC company.

I called Air Patrol on a Thursday morning regarding having an AC installed in my garage. Shawn returned my call and came out the very next morning (Friday) to give me an estimate. He gave me the estimate and said he would call me later that day once he checked availability on the unit. To my surprise he actually called me back!! I was scheduled for install for Monday morning! His crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently and had the unit installed and running by noon. I cannot express how impressed we are with this company. They did a great job and everything looks and runs great!! So nice to deal with a business that actually does what they say they are going to do. Got a new AC unit and furnace from Air Patrol for upstairs two months ago,and a unit and furnace for downstairs last year. And as they say, installation is everything. The owner Shawn came over both times and measured the area and specifically the upstairs was very restricted as far as the air flow goes. He suggested, and threw in for free, 3 intakes and 4 vents. There was hardly any airflow before the install and it's a large upstairs with office, media room, game room, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Needless to say the installers did an outstanding job and it gets to 68 degrees in less than 30 minutes no matter what the temp is in the summer. And it's nice and hot this past few days that we've turned on the heater. Both are working excellent. The price was awesome. Every other quote I had was astronomical. Air Patrol was very reasonable and they added all the extras in for free which was great. Long story short, I never leave reviews, but they really deserved it and there you have it. Customer for life.

Our air conditioner went out on Memorial Day weekend Sunday afternoon. Our thermostat gave us a code number and we called Air Patrol. The technician (Allen) called us back and said he was in Dallas on a call, but he will call us as soon as he’s done. He got to our house and was very friendly and helpful and fixed our system! We definitely were not expecting to get this awesome service on a Sunday night on memorial day weekend!

They’ve done significant work for us and we always find their service to be honest, high-quality and punctual. They take time to explain the issue, provide options on how to fix and help you work through the pros and cons of the more versus a less expensive options. We are really glad to work with them.

The VERY BEST company to work with for your air condition needs. ALLEN is absolutely remarkable. He goes above and beyond. He explained everything every step of the way in easy to understand words so I could understand not being an expert in this field. He even took care of my wasp nest which I wasn’t aware of in the garden. I don’t have enough words to tell you (the public) how much I appreciate him. It’s rare when you find someone go above and beyond ‘just because they can’. Because of my experience with this representative I will recommend Air Patrol Air Condition to my neighbors, friends, and family. We have an HOA meeting scheduled on Monday and you’d better believe it, we will have this company listed as one of the best companies to work with.

My a/c went out when the temps were 106, and someone came out within a few hours and informed me my condenser coil and compressor were leaking refrigerant. They had the parts quickly, and after some tear down, determined the compressor was not leaking, which saved me hundreds of dollars. I appreciate the great communication, honesty, and fair pricing. I will definitely use Air Patrol in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends.

Today Josiah came out today to perform the annual A/C maintenance on my unit. Of course he was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I've been using Air Patrol for over 8 years so I've dealt with Shawn and many of his technicians. All of them have been great to work with. So now I expect excellent service when they come out and I'm never disappointed.

It's rare to find a company that really cares about their customers and provides excellent reliable services consistently. It's nice to know that whenever I need maintenance, repair or replacement of my HVAC unit, I can rely on Air Patrol. There's never any worries when the technician will show up or if the repairs, if any, are truly needed. I have used other companies in the past, but the quality of the services that they provided aren't even close to what Air Patrol provides.

Air Patrol serviced both of my AC units. One is working great, one was low on Freon. Both units are older R22 units and they took lots of time going through my options and answering my questions... and I had a lot of questions! Josiah and Blake both did a great job... they were prompt, professional and very courteous. Sean, the owner, returned my call to discuss my options very quickly and was happy to explain it to me twice. :-) When everyone else was trying to book me 3 weeks out, Air Patrol was here within the week and did a fantastic job. Great price on their AC tune up services and Freon. Will absolutely be calling them again... Highly recommend!! You should give them a call!!!

This company is wonderful to work with. I have had usually bad experiences with HVAC companies in the past. My realtor, Chris Pyle, recommended Air Patrol to me for service. My technician, Allen or Alan, arrived exactly on time. He fixed kinked duct work and checked filters. He then explained the details and future plans to me. The office lady (sorry I forgot her name, T? or P?) was very friendly and easy to work with regarding billing, too. I will definitely use this company for annual maintenance service.
