Efrain and Victor are great to work with! I've used them on my personal home and houses I renovate in my business. When I first started looking for HVAC contractors, I had other companies that said I need to replace my HVAC system, wanted to charge me $8K, and barely looked at the equipment. Duerte's came out and repaired the unit for $200 and the system still works 2 years later. Definitely use these guys if you want an honest quote and want to work with good and honest people!

Honest, reliable, and trustworthy! We called them after we dealt with a sales driven company who wanted to say my cooling issue was an undersized unit for my home size. Victor came out and diagnosed my unit without trying to sell me on a new or additional unit and now we are back to normal!

That's Duarte's HVAC, the company is family owned and these are GOOD people who go above and beyond for their clients. Their quote for a new unit was $2000 LESS than the other company my home warranty sent out AND they let me know that the other company was overselling me and why the smaller unit would actually be a better option for my apartment. They take the time to properly explain the hows/whys and they are always pleasant and respectful. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this family owned business, if you ever need any repairs or a new system be sure to call them first. They will be my port of call for all things HVAC from here on out!

Honest, knowledgeable and responsive. Can't ask for better. And family owned/operated. So many are being bought by VCs and then run into the ground. Finally found my AC company after trying 5 or more over the last several years.

When I called, an actual HVAC professional answered, and despite it not being an emergency Victor was onsite within the hour. The day before, a different company told me that "a restriction was flooding the TXV" and I needed to replace the whole compressor for $6000+. I didn't say anything about that, but over the course of his diagnosis Victor confirmed that my unit didn't even have a TXV. Just needed refrigerant. Thanks Victor.

I left a review a few months ago when they came to service my old unit but now I’m leaving an updated one since they have recently replaced that old unit.

I called to schedule the replacement and they were able to book me in that same week but when it came time to do the install they realized that there was a scheduling error and I wasn’t actually on the schedule. However, they rearranged things and kept their word to me to do the install on the agreed day rather than rescheduling me which was much appreciated bc my original unit had completely shut down. This is a prime example of how working with a local family owned business is so much better because you have a personal experience with them and they actually care. The install was done in 1 day instead of the originally estimated 2 days. There was some leaking due to the way the apartment building was originally built but Efrain and Victor came out and took an extra 4-5 hours of their time to not only fix it but to sit and watch it to make sure it wasn’t leaking. They also cleaned everything up and left me with a tidy bathroom :)
I recommend them 1000% for all your HVAC needs, they’re amazing people who do good honest work for good honest prices.
