The technician arrived on time, was polite and professional, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the system. They explained everything clearly, didn’t push any unnecessary repairs, and gave me peace of mind knowing my system is in great shape. It’s rare to find such honest, reliable service these days. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future check-ups. Highly recommended!

Duarte's HVAC technicians arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job completing the installation of a mini-split AC unit. They were very professional and completed the work per the estimate.

Great team and service. I have used them extensively for renovations and general repairs and I wish all businesses were ran like theirs. They have installed 2 mini splits for me in the garage and an air filtration system. The process was smooth and the communication was excellent. They have since been back multiple times and have help do general repairs and maintenance. I would have to say their communication and response times are well above 5 stars. Last night I put in a work request through. Their website around 2 AM because our AC died and they were at our door the next morning at 10 AM. The issue was identified quickly and fixed within the hour all within a reasonable price. They have been great and I plan to enroll on their maintenance plan next. These are definitely your go to guys for AC needs.

Victor and his team (Efrain and Saul) arrived timely after coordinating for service. They efficiently repaired my HVAC system heat and provided recommendations for maintenance. This is my 2d time to use DUARTES HVAC Services and I will continue to request their services. Thank you.

Duarte’s HVAC provided amazing, prompt and smooth service! They got my mini split running smooth and just in time for the Texas winter storm! They also serviced my AC system in my home a few months back as I was having issues with air flow and couple other things! We have come to trust Kris Nash without question. When our AC went out on one of the hottest days of this year, Kris worked with us to find a solution within our budget. All this was well after 9 pm! Kris and the office staff worked together to make sure we were satisfied customers! His customer service skills as well as his equipment knowledge are beyond reproach.

My technician was Kris Nash. He was very efficient, made sure not to make a mess in the house, and he gave me detailed information on my air conditioner. I asked him to also look at something to see if a new duct outlet could be installed. He spent time doing evaluating and giving me his advice. He was wonderful.

Jake Rios did a great job. He is a personable, knowledgeable, and communicative HVAC specialist. He went above and beyond to help us fix a few duct problems in our attic. Very impressed with him.

Richard was amazing. He was polite professional very informative. I’m happy to do business with him anytime.

I had a full check with Brandon ( plumbing), Anthony Montez (hvac) and Jose (electrical). Everyone was wonderful, knowledgeable and professional. They pointed out potential dangers and problems to get fixed. I appreciate their dedication.

It was very easy to set up an appointment. The receptionist was courteous and very helpful. The technician who came to our house, Michael Youngblood, was great. He was knowledgeable and did a great job. He also provided clear answers to all of our questions.

Feliciano Ortiz came to repair our heating system and install insulation in the attic on 4/25/23. The job was done professionally. Feliciano and his assistant kept me informed of what they were doing. They cleaned up very well after they finished the job.

Jesse Wolfe came to check our heating system. He was thorough. He clearly answered all our questions. We are interested in installing new thermostats and Jesse showed what were available to us with clear explanation.

3/13/24 Mario Ortiz and other crews from Willard’s did a great job on our electrical and HVAC systems yesterday. We’re very happy with the results.

We also had good experiences with Jake Rios. Jake is very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problems with our HVAC system. He also clearly explained what should be done and various options to resolve the problem.

3/21/24 Mario Ortiz and David Romero came back to check up on our recently installed heat pump. They were on time and they did a good job. The minor problem that we had was corrected with clear explanation about the problem. Great job!
6/12/24 The valve in our heat pump malfunctioned. We placed a call to Boone’s and a technician (David Romero) came out on the same day to evaluate the problem. He was very professional. He clearly explained what went wrong and promised to order a new part for replacement. The part promptly came and we were notified that a technician will come the next day to install the replacement. David comes back today and fixes the problem. Great customer care!
8/14/24 Richard Rodriquez came to check on our HVAC system today. He was very thorough and professional. Clearly explained what needed to be done.

Carlos did a great job repairing our furnace. He arrived when he said he would, had all of his tools and parts with him, and did his work in a very efficient manner. Additionally, he was very polite and friendly. A true professional!

I have owned homes with air conditioning for 50 years and Koyt was the best service professional I have encountered. And going into the options for fixing my systems problems he presented photos and explanation of problems and clear choices. Answered all questions I had very completely. No pressure, just info.

Daniel came by today to to routine maintenance on my units. He is amazing. He did a thorough examination of my units in the attic and outside. He took care to leave the home clean by wearing booties inside. I have been using Boone for sometime. Amazing company and the best technicians!

Mark and Tristan from my installation team were amazing! They were prompt, knowledgable and answers any questions I had. Mark explained everything about my new system and was very patient while I asked questions. He even checked on me later that evening to make sure the house was cooling down and to make sure I didn’t need anything… such amazing customer service. Very happy with their service, it is definitely above the standard norm. I am a customer for life… thank you!

Boone’s installed my new HVAC system mid summer a year ago…very pleased with their prompt turnaround at that time in replacing a very old system. Kris Nash is my most trusted and knowledgeable technician for seasonal maintenance, as well as adding a compressor assist kit to save on my power bill, and wiring in a fan relay to a duct booster to help with upstairs cooling.

On a hot August 11, 2024 Sunday evening my A/C quit cooling so i called Willard’s to set up an appointment as quickly as possible. Thankfully, with my annual maintenance contract, Peyton Arnold of Willard’s North came to our rescue a couple of hours later and cleared out our clogged condensation drain and allowed us to have a cool night’s sleep. So thankful for my annual maintenance contract and ability to get quick service at such an inconvenient time! Thanks Peyton…a very nice and capable young man!

Anthony Montez did a great job troubleshooting our heater problem.

Update 11/11/2023: Unfortunately - While Anthony is very helpful and efficient, the scheduling of the repair service (after receipt of the replacement parts) has been a nightmare!!! We had 2 scheduled appointments cancelled - one without notification. My husband took 2 days off from work to be home for NOTHING! Then, I received a text the fallowing day that the technician was on the way to my home - UNSCHEDULED. I had to call and re-schedule. I have to say I am very disappointed. If the appointment/repair does not happen on Monday, as scheduled, I will be livid.
