These great guys are still at it. Arrived home from work at 6:15 on a Sunday night and figured out my heater wasn’t working. They offered to be here in an hour! I never in a million years expected that offer. I told them I would be good til tomorrow. I don’t want those poor guys out in the dark when it’s literally freezing but they were more than willing. They’ll be here first thing in the morning. They’ve been out to my house several times over the past few years and I just can’t say enough positive things about these gentlemen and their business. Just the best.

We found this wonderful HVAC company through our neighbors who needed some AC duct work done. Our home is a 60 year old pier and beam and needed new metal AC ductwork. Pulling out the old metal duck work and putting in new is a major ordeal, but they went about their work with integrity and know how. I believe Efrain (dad) has been in the business about 30 years and told us how he wanted to do the installation. They recommended replacing the supply Plenum so that gave us three extra spots to put dedicated ducts in for certain rooms. The difference in achieving a consistent temperature throughout the house is night and day thanks to Efrain, Victor and Crew for a job well done.

Highly recommend Duartes HVAC Services. My AC stopped working and I contacted them to get my system repaired. They immediately scheduled me for an emergency service and were at my door first thing in the morning with an amazing attitude! After they inspected my system they where able to find the problem within a few minutes based on there expertise and less then an hour my system was working properly. Would definitely higher again!

I have moved in for two weeks now. I only have a handful of suppliers who have been amazing since our awful experience with our builder.. They are apart of that handful.. They have been responsive, helpful and even message after hours and willing to keep working to make our home efficient. This family is very knowledgeable and they stand with what’s best for the clients and the home. versus what the builder wants. If they continue this great service they have a customer for life and recommendations for life with me.

This guys are THE BEST!! They came to fix my AC and found out that the only bad thing was a broken cable. Honesty is the most valuable asset a business can have. They didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge and only charged me a small fee to fix it.

Prompt, arrived early for appointment, analyzed the problem, and resolved it at the most cost-effective manner possible for me. They did not try to up-sell me. All of the technicians were efficient, respectful, and professional. I genuinely recommend Duarte's HVAC Services, and I will use them again.

I needed the vents replaced on my 50+ yr old house, but needed to do it in different stages due to some long term remodeling goals. Rather than come in and just give me a blanket quote, they listened to my immediate problems and long-term goals and helped me come up with a solution that provided the exact results I wanted/needed.

They replaced all of my ducting to work with my aging house and new system. I would 100% recommend them for any HVAC job.

They did a great job! I'm sure it wasn't pleasant for the guys crawling through my narrow attic space in my 1959 home to replace all my ducts, but it was business as usual for them; nobody complained. A whole team of people were here working on their parts of the system, getting this large job done in a timely manner. I even forgot to tell them about a cable I had running to the TV through the furnace closet, and after they removed everything from the closet that was the only thing left in there (unscathed). Which means they work carefully and pay attention to the details instead of just coming in and ripping things out just because it's going to be trashed. I highly recommend Duarte's HVAC Services for any heating and air needs, big or small.

Great service, reasonable price, they arrived at my house in about an hour. My capacitor went out and fixed it right away. I am going to call them again when my AC needs maintenance.

Great Company. There were the only one out of 3 company’s that took the time to find my a/c leak and provided information on the fix. I ended up getting my evaporator coil replaced and they were very good with keeping me in the loop on arrival of the part and when a team can service my unit. They also showed me everything they were doing and spotted things I didn’t even know notice. I saw them take the extra time to make sure the job is done properly. Great job to the team and kudos on getting my a/c unit fixed before the summer heat wave comes.

Fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Every thing you could want in a service company. Noticed my ac was out in the morning and the father son team of Efrain and Efrain had our ac back up and working the same day. Highly recommend.
