We used the Right Choice Air Conditioning and Plumbing for duct vent cleaning today. Our technicians did very little of what it as stated should be accomplished, leaving trash, dirty floors from debris from the vent cleaning, and even left our upstairs attic open and furniture out of place from the cleaning. For the service we received, the $500+ price tag seems excessive or maybe would have been more palatable with the expected service described by the company. Highly encourage those looking for duct cleaning to look at other options. Will not use The Right Choice Air Conditioning and Plumbing again.

My technician (Ryan) was awesome. He was patient, answered all my questions, and was very respectful of my home. While he was not able to complete his full inspection (due to HOA blockers) he did recommend next steps and proactively rescheduled me.

Great diagnosis for a water leak, new plan for repairs. Great tech very knowledgeable. It took two trips but there were technical issues getting to our leak. Once we got the tear out done it was pretty simple to fix, hence the second trip.

Our service technichian Cade Hitt was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our broken AC unit. We appreciate the prompt attention to our problem. We were kept informed by text of when our service person would arrive. We highly recommend The Right Choice Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing.

The Right Choice Air conditioning provides an excellent service. They are quick, reliable, and very responsive. Jared our tech was very detailed and professional. He has the best customer service. I really appreciated Jared taking time to explain in detail the issues in my HVAC unit.

Oh my goodness! Having our Air Ducts cleaned was a terrific experience! Cade & Lucas were Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgeable about what we needed. My husband & I were so impressed! And the price we paid was ridiculously inexpensive! We will definitely be using them for all our future Heating & Air Conditioning (and Plumbing) needs. Ryan, was professional and informative, he explained everything he found and what could be done to make our a/C system operate more effective and efficiently. He arrived on time and didn't waste time performing the inspection. My wife and I were very impressed with Ryan.

Air Patrol is awesome!! Shawn is the best, he always returns my calls and when I call him. When, I was pregnant and our AC went out, he was able to come in within a day or so and get it going for us. He pulled a big favor for us, his concern was that I was comfortable due to me being pregnant. He also does our maintenance for system needs, prices are very reasonable. Beto has been servicing our system for many years and is courteous and proficient. He and Francisco are thorough and quick. I appreciated the call to let me know they were on their way. Shawn and his company Air Patrol have been taking good care of us for more than 10 years. I have them out in spring and fall to make sure that all maintenance is done.

I was looking for a carrier dealership and took a chance on this company. For the last 3 years they have been taking care of 2 new infinity units and last summer I had an issue with one thermostats because of a sensor inside the thermostat that could not be changed so they replaced the thermostat. I could not get the new thermostat to synch with their app when I called Carrier they told me to go back to Air Patrol to fix the problem, and Air Patrol is doing a much better job helping me out than the Carrier company did. I highly recommend Air Patrol company.

Air Patrol was great. I had a bad experience with my previous HVAC company, so Air Patrol was a breath of fresh air (excuse the pun). After contacting the office, the owner Shawn called me directly and met with me the next day as he patiently listened to all the HVAC issues I was having while giving me a quick history lesson on AC as well! He didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and actually tried to steer me away from more expensive options, which pleasantly surprised me. He also gave me very reasonable prices and continued to be very responsive to all my calls, texts and emails. His technicians, Beto and Francisco, came out a couple days later and did a great job on all the repairs.
