After weeks of dealing with AC issues, I had multiple companies come out to look at the system. Not one of them could figure out what was wrong — and to make matters worse, they all quoted me around $14,000 to replace the whole thing. I was honestly starting to feel hopeless.

Ryan was our technician from Right Choice Heating and Air and he was amazing! Ryan is very kind and eager to help. He was there for just a routine maintenance but asked if I had other concerns and gave advice along the way. He kept me informed as he was completing the service. We will definitely be using Right Choice again and definitely asking for Ryan.

Matt is the best in the business. Timely, courteous, and extremely professional. We ask for Matt specifically anytime we need help with our AC or Heater.

Our system wasn't cooling like normal and airflow felt restricted. Ryan came out, took his time to look at the unit outside and go into the attic to assess. He diagnosed the issue and was able to repair it explaining what was happening as he was going along. Ryan's service and communication was excellent! Right Choice AC technician (Alex Fuentes) came today to do our routine maintenance. Like all the tech's at Right Choice he was friendly and efficient. Very happy with their service.

Technician was highly professional. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with our 19 year old system and suggested what we needed to do in order to get it back up to snuff! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and his manner was impeccable! Great guy.

The Right Choice was great. Our AC unit stopped working and they were able to come out the same day I called and it was fixed and good to go within 30 minutes. The technician Ryan went above and beyond and provided tips and advice on ways to keep the unit functioning as efficiently as possible.

Work was good but the estimate changed mid stream and in the end didn't need to. Makes me question the honesty of this company.

We had right choice come out for a $99 dollar “promo” to check out our system for potential upgrades, the tech left and our system went out immediately after, they came back the next day and said that a part had failed and we needed to replace the entire system, they quoted us 14k to replace everything, that didn’t sit right with us so we got a second opinion from a LOCAL company and they said that right choice had turned off the condenser, the local company said that it sounded very fishy that this happened and I think so too. The local company was able to fix it enough to hold up a few more years and it only cost 500 dollars. Really sucks this happened, I had my elderly mother and my toddler in the house and it was over 90 degrees, and I had to go and buy window units… I feel like right choice did this on purpose to try and get more business, but instead of gaining a customer they lost one.I do not recommend them at all.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and went above and beyond. The technician showed up right on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. They worked quickly but never cut corners, and the quality of their work really shows. My system is running better than ever, and the difference in comfort is night and day.
