I texted DryerVentz thru their website. I thought it was a bot, but the owner answered within a minute! Lance came out right away and did a thorough inspection of my dryer vent. I knew something was amiss when small loads of clothes took 2 to 3 cycles to dry. He is very friendly and honest! He had to clean my dryer vent from the roof. In 90 minutes everything was done. I support locally owned businesses and I'm so glad I found him. His prices were very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate using him again. What a patriot, he came out on Presidents Day, a national holiday and didnt charge me anything more for doing this for me on a national holiday. Hes a great local businessman and I feel more, now than ever, we need to keep these guys in business. Thanks for everything Lance, see you next year!

A lot of service companies could take lessons from this company on how to treat their customers!! They were fair with their prices (didn’t charge us to come out and diagnose our problem! who does that anymore?) communicated clearly throughout the process & now my laundry is getting dry in 1 cycle! I am recommending them to my family and friends. 5 stars!!!

Tech Sean was a super-friendly person who completed the job efficiently and quickly, and he showed me before and after pics of my dryer vent. No upsells or pressure to do other things. My husband was cleaning out dryer vent when his tool broke in the vent! I quickly started to look for vent cleaning services. The first call was Lance's co. From the moment I spoke to him to the moment he showed up he was professional and courteous. He quickly got started and was able to retrieve my husband's tool. Thank God, cause that would've turned out to be a project in its self. He then cleaned out the vent made sure everything was out. He tested out the dryer and made sure everything was functioning correctly. Already referred him to the neighbors. (We all use the same contractors, its hard to find good honest help these days) Needless to say we will be using Lance to clean out our air ducts next. Thank you Lance!!!

Sean and Wyatt did an amazing job cleaning both our air ducts and dryer vent! Our ducts were so dirty. They thoroughly prepped all of the air vents prior to beginning the cleaning. During the estimate, Sean discovered that the wrong cap was installed on our roof for the dryer vent. This had caused our entire dryer vent line to become completely clogged. I have attached a picture to show just some of the lint that Sean blew out of our duct. Wyatt then replaced our incorrect cap with a new one that is what should have always been there. I am so impressed with how thorough they were. Also really nice guys.

I contacted Lance thru the website and was answered in a very short amount of time. We set up an appointment for the inspection and cleaning (I think I contacted him on Friday and set up the appointment for Monday). He came out today (called first as he was running early) and cleaned my very long, pain in the butt vent (21 feet) very well and with a cheerful attitude. I found Lance to be professional, his service very good, and his prices reasonable. I would definitely recommend his service.

Sean came out & got my dryer vent duct together. He's very professional and was patient with me and all my questions. If you ever need your dryer vent cleaned or duct repaired...he's definitely the person to call. I will be using his services for all my dryer vent needs...Best around...hands down.

Our dryer was having issues and we suspected the duct was clogged. Lance and Sean came out and did a phenomenal job. Super attentive and professional. Taught us a little about it and set us up for annual reminders. Highly recommended, especially if you don’t know anything about dryer ducts like me!

I cannot say enough good things about the product, customer service and pricing! We had to have a Dryer Booster Fan replaced and these gentlemen were so polite and careful with their work. We will be using them for our annual vent cleanings from now on.

Dryer Ventz is awesome and I will use them in the future. Lance was very transparent at the initial phone call and he managed my expectations very well. Awesome experience. Prompt service and arrived on time. Replaced our old roof dryer vent with a new gooseneck. Towels used to take 2.5 hours to dry now done in 40 minutes. What came out and was super nice and efficient. Will definitely use again
